This Capitol One atmosphere is very nice. The Capitol one banking assistance is very courteous and helpful.The Café on the other hand. Nice concept. The coffee tastes organic, which is great. 1/13/21 I go to the ATM. I decided to grab a small Amircano.The guy at the register after I mentioned to him the day before the lady rang me up for $6 for a small.He still did the same. I asked well what size cup do you have in your hand?" He replied. 8oz.I said how many oz"s is in a small. He said 8oz's.When I pointed out that the price was $4.00.I notice his voice tone got louder, more condescending while parading for attention.Yet in a under tone voice " I'll just give it to you for free".I'm thinking to myself okay I'm not looking for free coffee.This guy just kept talking louder and louder. Now at this point it became obvious to me that he was trying to make a scene for attention. I turn behand me in this young guy in a suit. Says to me I'm just trying to get my coffee with a smirk. I didn't make anything of it at first. I moved to let him get his coffee.Now, I found myself in a triangle trap at that point that was not worth my energy to keep explaining... However, I will say Capitol one should better train the two Coffee Cafe employees workings 1/13/23 at Rossville location in CA.A normal and better experience.1/14/23 I'm in Walnut Creek about to head back to Sacramento area after enjoying a nice evening with family and friends.I stopped buy Capitol One Cafe on Main Street downtown WC. to grab a Small Americono. The lady rang me up a small for the correct price $4, with nothing said making my price $2. (50% off). As I walked out of there feeling welcomed. Sitting on my shoulders this morning 1/15/23 (so happen to be MLK B Day). I decided to comment on my horrible experiences at Rossville Capitol One Cafe.I will also mention, the Capitol One assistance clark at Rossville Cafe asked if I wanted to feel out a complaint at that time. She was very Courteous and nice about it. And it was definetly appreciated how she handled it.I didn't want the guy to lose his job etc.But I will say this. An employee that is Quick to try to instigate an argument with a customer of any race by responding before understanding the concerns or needs of a customer needs better training. Let's have a Happy 2024.

I really want this to be the future of banking. It's so much more convenient and is at least attempting to function as a third place. I much prefer it over walking into a traditional bank branch. The staff are also really kind and easy going, and banks are usually so hit or miss in this regard. Plus, spots to work/study, delicious coffee and snacks, cozy couches. It's great. I just wish it wasn't inside the mall as I typically avoid them like the plague. I hope these become more common.

we were looking for a spot to grab coffee while doing some late night shopping and stumbled upon the capital one cafe -- thank goodness we did! what a little gem this place is. they have great drink options and TONS of food options to choose from (a definite step up from starbucks choices). plus if you're a capital one card member, you get 50% off! i repeat you get FIFTY PERCENT OFF. such a great perk for being a cardholder. i loved that they use verve coffee too (shout out to the 831)! there's also tons of seating if you need to get some work done or cozy up with a good book. HIGHLY recommend this coffee shop if you're looking for a little kick while running errands at the mall!

I came here today before coming to work for my orientation. I needed some coffee to keep me going through the day. I came in in right away. The gentleman working at the door, smiled and welcome to me, and I said thank you and came in. They have a smaller selection of drinks not a large selection like Nordstrom's or Starbucks or Pete's coffee today I decided to get the 12 ounce vanilla latte and I wasn't aware that there was a $.75 charge. No big deal but the employee should let you know that there is a charge for the vanilla. The staff working was awesome. My drink was amazing very good. This establishment is very cute. Very comfortable. Definitely a place where you could get comfortable and just enjoy a cup of coffee, I even had yummy delicious snacks available if I wouldn't of had to go to orientation I would've grabbed a snack but I was able to enjoy it my beverage that was awesome. I definitely want to try next time the lavender honey latte I heard it's really good. I will have to try it next time. I come in to work. This is definitely a great establishment. Definitely very comfortable, very friendly staff delicious drinks. They also have smaller drinks and they're ice drinks have different sizes. I think the largest one is 16 ounces I highly recommend this establishment for anybody who has a love a coffee like myself they have more than just a Coffee they have teas and much more. Superior customer service and experience at this location. I have been here multiple times and always receive excellent accommodations and attentiveness from staff. Attention to detail and cleanliness at this location is great. Staff are constantly sanitizing the spacious working area and monitoring customer wait times, etc. (Shout out to Dennis this evening for a particularly memorable experience). If you're a Capital One card holder you'll enjoy 50% off lovely cafe drinks provided by Verve (formally partnered with Peet's)! Loved the Pumpkin Pie Latte -- not too sweet and perfectly balanced. A coffee house, inside a bank, inside the Galleria Mall in Roseville? Yes, that's exactly it. I came in because the sign said "now serving Verve Coffee", a roaster that began in Santa Cruz but I first found out about in Roppongi Tokyo, where they have a coffee house, of all places! Same great coffee, quiet and relaxed atmosphere with lots of seating. Strange yes, but strange good.
Food, excellent. Coffee, even better (try the pumpkin latte ). Ambiance is incredible, the vibe is soft and friendly. The service is unmatched. Dennis and Anthony both helped me get my account back, and were super kind and patient in the process. Thanks again to the both of them :)

Today we visited and talked to Dennis about all our questions with opening a savings account. He was SO kind and super helpful. He really cares about customer service and building a genuine connection with the client. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything, and even treated us to free drinks at the cafe. What's in your wallet? LOL...iykyk Aa Capital One cardholder, you get 50% off drinks at the Peets inside of Capital One Cafe located on the first level of Westfield Galleria. Plenty of cozy and clean sitting area and tables. Great place to take a break from shopping and enjoy a drink and light treat with friends. With free wifi, you can also work and charge your phone at the quiet space. The cafe has some of the same features and offerings that a regular bank branch would have, like an ATM and a live representative. The representative was very friendly and answered my questions about my 360 acct. I love this style of banking and wish there are more of these throughout the U.S. I should mention that you don't need to be a Capital One cardholder to use the space.

Tried shopping here and there, CAPITAL ONE pops up.....we can check to be sure you are getting the lowest price....EVERY SINGLE TIME CAPITAL ONE checks on this..pop up states, YOU HAVE THE LOWEST PRICE....why bother Capital One?

It's a nice spot for a sit but you cannot get a mocha. These jokers do not have cocoa. They have 2 useless people who stand near the entrance who want to advise you on your financials. Um, if you're not bright enough to keep the shelves stocked, why would I want you to advise me financially? Plus they close at RANDOM times. I've walked in and the two useless people at the podium say 'oh we're temporarily closed right now' and it's 2 PM in the afternoon. I said why? And the answer was we'll be back in a few. These geniuses cannot answer a question properly either. So if you use your capital one card, you get a deal on the coffee but they don't have the kind of coffee you want. At least it's Peet's and not that mermaid swill....but again, you need to order basic Becky crap like a Carmel vanilla foo foo latte. Oh, and forget about decent cell reception here.
