Today while we were working, my partner and I decided to stop and buy a hamburger at this place. From the moment the cashier started taking my order at the drive-thru, I heard her bad attitude later at the window and it got worse.Really, what bad attention this lady gives, terrible attitude.I think they should give her a customer service course. She really needs it and if she really can't provide good service, she should resign. We clients are not to blame for the problems she has in her head.Really very disappointed in the service at the windowBy the way, his name, I think it's Brisa, was the name I saw on his shirt.As for the food, it was good.But my few stars are for customer service.

No napkins in the bag and a huge explanation of why we can’t get more than 2 ranch sauce packets per order. 4 people needed ranch, total lack of service.

Absolutely terrible. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and ended up leaving because of how slow it was. By the time I got to the speaker box I was asked to wait a minute, 15 minutes later I still hadn't placed my order yet. I ended up just leaving as did a few other cars behind me

Guacamole burger barely had any Guacamole on it... onions were super hard. Fries were cold. Jalapeño poppers were good but they were out of ranch. Overall a terrible experience for $22. Never again.

2 stars is too much for this place.This Carls Jr is the worst in Roseville. Completely garbage on customer service.Rude interactions even from the beginning. They honestly do what they want. There is no policy, no structure, just however they want to answer. It's changed for the complete worst and unsatisfactory to all residents and locals new and local in this area.The employees there used to be super helpful, understanding and caring. Built relationships as I've lived in the area most of my life and recently again. But as stated before this Carls Jr has changed for the negative.Harrison, an older gentleman. I mean old. Was my first experience of terrible customer service. As I asked tor a sauce they provide on a burger but isn't pre packaged like ranch for example.I told him he could charge me for the sauce and ge replied, "I can't do it, my manager said"And continued to repeat that.I asked another employee to get me the sauce and they did behind Harrison's back.Harrison then noticed and started to shake his head and basically talk crap to himself about the situation.I tried to get his attention, but he continued on his psycho rant. He was completely disrespectful and did not come close to the words customer service one time. Even the guest before had an awkward and rude interaction.And tonight was no different.There was a lady working the drive-thru window. While I was behind the car at the window, waiting patiently. The customer in the car before me asked nicely for 2 more ranch packets.Well the lady working in the window gave them a complete earful about how many burgers to sauces they have. And that she couldn't give them anymore and wouldn't unless they paid.The problem is that when I ordered my meal. The lady said bbq sauce and ranch is free and western sauce we have to charge you for.... So then why was the guy in front of me being asked to just pay for what the same employee told me would be a charge.THIS CARLS JR HAS HIT ROCK BOTTOM.EVERYONE THATS WORKS HERE NEEDS TO GO THROUGH CUSTOMER TRAINING.It's complete dissatisfaction. This worst experience of any fast food I have ever been to consistently. Ever. It's so terrible I had to write this review. And I usually don't write reviews.
