This place needs to be known by more people! Went in to get some grilling meat for NFL playoffs and it blew me away. Everything is extremely clean and the staff was very welcoming. I was able to ask questions about products to verify if anything contained gluten. I settled on the pre marinated Carne Asada. It was delicious and amazing flavor combo. They also offer to go tacos and tamales. I will be back to try them out in the near future!

I've been getting the super carnitas burrito no rice double refried beans. The staff has always been pleasant

Everything is incredible. Carne Asada is fresh and cheaply priced. Good salsas as well.

The carne asada burritos are on point. The pollo asado tacos are amazing and am just now finding out about the morning burritos! Bacon, centriolesegg and potatoes and best part? It’s not greasy! Try it. They won’t disappoint.

Probably the worst menudo I've ever had. I got three pig feet in it. I HATE pig feet. Fine. Whatever fished them out. There is NO hominy in the menudo. The service is really kind but my god the food is awful. We also got the tamales which were filled with what appears to be a canned sauce with shredded beef. The store itself is pretty small and everything is to go. The hand made tortillas were pretty good. All in all I probably would not buy food from here again.

Yay! I really like this place...small corner store and meat market with prepared food to go! No dine in. I was really bummed when Mr. Subs (Benny...."oh no, thank you!) shut his doors.I've only tried the street tacos here so that's what I'm basing my review upon. As previously stated in many reviews, I'm a white man that is a self- admitted Mexican food snob.... simply because I love it so much!Street tacos : meat, onions, cilantro, sauce in two corn tortillas, that's it. I tried the chicken, al pastor, and carnitas. Carnitas was super tender, juicy, and flavorful. But kinda missing the "bark". 7 out of 10.Next up, al pastor; flavor bomb with some spice but honestly a little too much pineapple. 6 of 10.Pollo asada (grilled chicken) - this one surprised me! I think chicken is pretty boring but wanted to see. If a taqueria/restaurant can't even do chicken right, they usually fail with other meats. It was great! Tender and full of flavor, it was perfectly cooked! 8.5 out of 10!Check these nice people out! Good food and very reasonable prices. Each taco was like $2.50 out the door and super burritos about ten bucks! I want to grill up their meat next, looks good and fresh. Don't even bother with Taqueria Maria...see my review about that disaster.Good, cheap, clean, and nice! Overall 8 stars out of 10 (five star ratings make no sense)

Love this place! The food is delicious and the employees are wonderful. I've tried almost everything they serve and everything was great! I've also tried their marinaded meats for quick meals. I highly recommend. The only item I was disappointed in was the fresh made chorizo in the meat case. it's Spicy like we could barely eat it spicy. We like spicy food, but it's a scorcher and not sure if I would buy it again. They really need to sell (2) types of chorizo spicy hot... and a not so spicy .

Stopped in a couple of times over the weekend. Bought some raw, marinated meat for grilling which was fantastic. Very flavorful. Also bought chips (not made on site) and salsa (made on site) which were a big hit. They also have a prepared food menu which we were not able to take advantage of but I look forward to the next time I'm in Roseville. Highly recommend.
