I wasn't impressed with Chipotle in the Sacramento area pre-pandemic, so I wasn't expecting much more than sustenance. Hubby and I stopped for lunch and were very pleased. First, the guy who built my bowl and hubby's burrito smiled and was very helpful. The Barbacoa was new to me, so I asked if I could taste. He was very accomodating and took the time to explain what things were. The register girl smiled as well and was fast and efficient.

We recently had a deeply unsettling experience at the Chipotle on Douglas Boulevard that has compelled me to write this review. My wife and daughter went there to order dinner, including two burrito bowls and a burrito, but what occurred during their visit was both disappointing and concerning.Firstly, there was a noticeable inconsistency in serving sizes. The customer before my wife, a white individual, requested extra rice for his burrito and was immediately accommodated. However, when my wife, who is Mexican, asked for the same, she was denied on the basis of insufficient rice for the night. This was particularly strange since other customers, who were white, continued to receive ample portions after her.Adding to our discomfort was the fact that all the staff on duty that evening were white. This detail, coupled with the disparate treatment my wife received, points towards potential racial discrimination. She was not only refused extra rice but also denied the option to purchase a side of rice, ending up with just half a scoop in her burrito.This incident raises serious concerns about racial bias and unfair customer treatment. The staff's ability to provide extra rice to some customers while denying others, especially those of a different race, is alarming. It suggests a level of discrimination that we find unacceptable and deeply concerning.We believe in fair and equal treatment for all customers, regardless of their racial or ethnic background. Unfortunately, our recent experience at this Chipotle location fell far short of these expectations. I am writing this review to bring attention to what happened and to urge the management to address these issues seriously. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this Chipotle location.

Poor customer service and management, cold and overpriced food.Burrito looked more like a ball then a burrito. It was so bulky that on parts it tasted like salsa and meat.Rude heavy woman screams at everyone. I think shes managment.Employees don't care at all.First and last time.

ordered a bowl from uber eats and it had like 3 pieces of hair in it not to mention they put the wrong salsa and the chips were stale. disgusting.

This has to be the best Chipotle in Roseville. They always have fresh food, they don't mess up the lime ratio in the rice like other Chipotles. If you ask for double portions they actually give good portions. I love this location.

Never really have complaints about this location.Parking: I'm not a fan of the parking lot at all. I usually try and go later in the eveningKid-friendliness: Love the kids' meals and lots of space for the kiddos to get up and move around.
