This place really needs to update their hours. Multiple times this year I've attempted to call or show up to order and no one answers the phone, and the doors are locked, despite the hours online saying they're open and the hours on their door saying they are open as well. Sad because this used to be my favorite açaí bowl place! I think today was my last attempt to order from them; I drove all the way out there because their hours online say open but when I got there the doors were locked.

Says their open but the last 2 times I came here its closed and no one to answer their phone. I wouldn't come here because they are likely closed.

Was in the mood for some fresh fruit and decided to check out a few local Acia bowl places. When we got here it was empty which is a bad sign. Service was very poor. Bowl was frozen hard not typical smooth acia texture. Fruit was not good and toppings were cheap and sugary. Go to Nektar down the street

I used to absolutely love this place until they apparently went under new management. they changed their pitaya dragonfruit acai when told by many customers and employees the original one was better, every time i go they get my order wrong, they make the bowls differently than they used too, and sometimes when i go during open hours i find the doors completely locked when it clearly says on google AND on the front of the building they are open 8 am to 8 pm everyday. All of this has happened since they went under new management. I just think they are hurting themselves by making these changes and they are losing business because of it. I cant rely on this place anymore. Just being honest.

The Acai Bowl is delicious!Been on the hunt for the perfect Acai Bowl in Roseville and right now this place is at my top. I visited during COVID and the place was very clean and spacious. The gentlemen who made my bowl was very kind.I got the Cielo Bowl with almond butter. The Acai base is delicious and super thick and creamy. The fruit was incredibly fresh and the granola was packed with flavor. You can choose from a small, medium, or large size which the small was more than enough for me. Very big bowls and pretty affordable.I went home and added my homemade chia seed pudding on top to make it even more delicious. I would definitely recommend trying this place out for their Acai Bowls. They had many other bowls on the menu and even an option to customize your own toppings. They have food, smoothies, coffee, tea. Really nice variety on the menu. I will be trying a smoothie next time!

I have been to this place 5 times and 2 times now they were out of acai? Um. Supply chain issues with this store, but nekter around the corner always has acai

There aren't many options for açaí bowls in the Sacramento area but I was in the mood for one and found myself here after a quick Yelp search. It was approximately 1pm and it wasn't busy. It was my first time here but I wasn't greeted and when I asked a few questions, I got pretty dry responses.I ordered the Power Bowl (~$14). This bowl comes with granola, banana, strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, peanut butter, and almonds. My bowl was ready pretty quickly and I was excited to dig in.The açaí was blended but it was still a bit frozen. Quite a few bites had a lot of ice in it. There was also a hefty amount of granola. I would say a good 30% of the bowl was granola on the bottom and the top. I liked the variety of fruits in this bowl which is why it caught my eye in the first place. However, it seemed messy and all the flavors didn't come together as well as I'd hoped. It was filling but for ~$14, I expected more.I'm not sure if I came on an off day but my first experience here did not have me excited to return. This place has potential but I'm not sure if I would come back.

Acai bowls have great topping but the acai itself is very icey, seems as though it is freezer burned. A bit disappointed especially because of the price.

Always very good. Avocado toast and Coffee for breakfast. Acai bowls for lunch. Nice staff. Friendly. When I'm in a hurrybicalled ahead and they're happy to take my order for pick up. June 2020 Update. I know it's a tough time for businesses but there are some signs here that more is wrong than the current environment. First off a few months ago I asked to enter my number for the loyalty program and was told we don't do that anymore with the new owner. Next I asked for Coconut and was told we are out. Couple days later went back and they were still out again. Yesterday they were out of Acai base for a bowl. Your business name has Acai in it. This is one item I would not run out of. Not sure if I'm going back if 3 out of the last 4 times I've gone they are out of an item I'd like. Good luck.

Really good smoothies, it was my first time here. Although wish they had music playing so it wouldn't be so silent inside

I wouldn't even give a star at this point. We went to this place for acai bowls and toast. Noticed the workers are 2 guys we've never seen before. The guys didn't wash their hands in between ringing customers and preparing the orders. The guy that made my toast touched my bagels without gloves on. Took them 45 minutes to make 5 bowls and a toast and there were 2 more people waiting to get their orders done. There were no lids available for the bowls and the toast I got was definitely not worth $7.95! No sanitary awareness

Well I have changed my mind. This place is amazing, and every time I'm in the Roseville area I have to stop and get myself a power bowl! It's so delicious!

The Acai is great but the customer service is far from that. They are always closed when they say they are open. Even when the open sign is on.

The best Acai in the area. I hope they open again after Covid-19.

Wait a minute! Single use bowls and spoons? I thought taking care of your personal health and the health of the planet went hand in hand! The Paradise Acai bowl was a giant glob of acai with fruit and coconut scooped on top in a most unappealing presentation. The scant, soulless granola was at the very bottom of the paper cup. All this disappointment for $13! I did like the decor and atmosphere.
