I am very disappointed in open table. This was an Easter celebration and the restaurant is permanently closed. What a disappointment and disaster as this was a holiday and no one had open reservations. And open table wouldn't help because it wouldn't let me cancel the reservation to a closed restaurant. Very disappointed in open table

One of my favorites where the food was consistently good unlike most other restaurants nowadays. RIP

I used to love going to this location when it first opened back in the early-mid 2000s. The food was great, as well as the service. It is disheartening to hear not only about the recent decline but also that this location has recently closed.

We had reservations with our family for Xmas eve. Spoke when them the day before to confirm. Showed up and they are closed. Unbelievable. Would have been nice to let people know.

I've been a customer now for 12 years almost weekly and an employee between 7/23/2021 and 12/22/2022 and this has truly been a great experience and Brian was such a good GM. The food was always excellent whether I got the Pizza (My favorite), southwest egg rolls, fish tacos, calzones, Lobster BLT, and a lot of other items on the menu including our seasonal pumpkin cream cheese pie. This claim jumper will be greatly missed and I'm very sad that we had to close our doors permanently, hopefully claim jumper will come back to Roseville one day. I would love to thank everybody that I worked with and our district manager Anna and our GM Brian for being such fantastic people and saving this restaurant from closing sooner. I will miss everyone

3 stars only for the spectacle dinner show we were put on last night. Usually love the food at claim jumpers but last night was a terrible experience. We had a new server who apparently just got out of training. She had a terrible attitude. Her failure at interpersonal skills caused us to have the absolute worst dining experience of my life. 2 other tables besides us spoke to the manager. Everyone's food in her section ended up getting comped because she did that bad. Was disappointed to go there for the experience but ended up getting stuck with a really bad waitress. Shocked she was allowed to be out of training and on the floor alone. Would recommend going now since she ended up flipping everyone off and put her jacket on and walked out.

Service was slow! I find it difficult to believe a bar can be totally out of Sauvignon Blanc. Could order a steak, potato and salad as one price. It was all Al a crate. We were served the wrong plates. Wanted my husband to eat his now and mine would be out soon. I paid what I thought fair ($100) and we got up and left!!!!! Terrible anniversary ☹️?

Elmer is the best bar tender! Friendly funny and fast Knows what we need when we need it and always so delightful

Waitress was very distracted. Appetizer took forever and so did the waitress waiting on us. Was only one person working in back? Lunch took over 2hrs. I had the tri tip sandwich. It was good for a cheese sandwich. more cheese than meat I don't recommend. Hopefully someone actually reads this and makes a change.

My baked potato was over cooked and my steak was bland. The ribs were a tad dry. They were out of 10 different beers on their drink list. The wait person had to write it down so she could tell guests about it.

Hector, our server, was exceptional. He was very patient and helpful while we made our wine selection. He answered all our questions and/or checked to get the answers and come back to us. He checked on us several times while we enjoyed our dinner to see if we needed anything else. He really hustled and could run the place himself. The food was great too. Very happy with our visit to Claim Jumper!

I took my wife and my mother to lunch today at Claim Jumper. We used to enjoy this chain when we lived in the Bay Area. My wife is in a wheelchair and needs a table to sit at when dining. The host tried to get us into a booth but we insisted on a four top table. Tammy, our server, was clearly not happy with us being in her station as I could hear her complaining about us being sat while she was in the kitchen. We waited for close to ten minutes before she came to get our drink, appetizer, and lunch order. She dropped off our appetizer about ten minutes later and refill for me and disappeared to the other side of the restaurant. An expediter/ manager dropped off our lunch. Tammy never returned. The host came by to check on us. With us nearing the end of our meal, the other server came to our table explaining that Tammy left us for a large party. Interesting because I could see the front door and no large party arrived. This server dropped off our check (we asked for it) and disappeared across the restaurant. I took the bill to the front to pay since no one wanted to help us. The host said he would get our server (Tammy). He asked her if she had a minute to cash me out. She straight up said "No". Host returned and I told him Tammy dropped us like a hot rock and that the other server took over. He then went to her and asked if she had a minute. She too refused, telling the host to get the manager. The manager arrived and cashed me out. Left a meager tip to cover the busser and gathered my family. One the way out I saw our original server working the bar area. No large party in sight, just four separate parties in their own booths. I highly recommend avoiding this place. When your servers clearly have horrible attitudes, why spend your money and time being in a negative and dismissive environment.

Visiting from out of town. Met with extended family. Excellent service from all employees. Our server was Austin. Very patient fellow who took excellent care of us. None of had ever been to a Claim Jumper before and assisted us with the menu as we made our dinner selections. Next time we are in town we will be sure to return

I've been to a Claim Jumper in WA a few times and always loved it. It was a busy day for them due to Veterans Day but regardless, I wish some of the staff weren't so rude. We called to see how long the wait was and got hung up on a few times. Their tone of voice was obvious that they were unhappy. When we got there the waitresses looked so miserable. Food was okay. Maybe I'll have to come back on a less busy day to update my review.

Driven past this restaurant many times but came here for a group dinner for the first time. We had a set menu that we had a variety of foods we could choose from. I decided on the Cesar salad and the combo with Tri tip and ribs. They also gave us the ability to choose our sides so I got the baked beans and veggies. The trip was tender and so were the ribs. Everything had decent flavor and most people in our large party enjoyed our food. They have good standard American fare. Our waitress was amazing and I am surprised they didn't send someone to help her take orders and run food over.
