This is for bel air #509 cirby/sunrise 1039 sunrise. Visited 2/5/24 the store is clean, organized. First thing we saw was an endcap of Best foods mayo for $8+ each by floral and non-existent staff. It set the tone for the rest of the visit. Hyper expensive and disgruntled unfriendly staff that hides out or doesn't engage. Thats wild because when i worked raleys in 2014 they would write staff up if they weren't friendly or greeted a customer that came within 5 steps. Store was well stocked but pretty empty of customers. I was looking at the champagne cold case and an employee stocking it completely ignored me not even a hello. The butcher was completely unmanned and got ignored there too and we wanted to buy items. Had to walk over to the potato salad case and they started helping a lady who came after i did. I asked for help and it was like an inconvenience to the deli employee girl. She said i'll have to get someone for you and rang a bell in the back for butcher but no one came out. Ill attach a photo of it 3:25 pm exactly 2/5/24 if mgmt wants to watch the video. Poor service. Mega pricey. Probably why store was not busy. Idk who manages this location. But i got better service at the dollar tree and thats a stretch. The cashier had no personality could tell he/she ? wanted to be there. Not planning on coming back.

I have been coming here since the store opened. The staffing is so nice. I miss Jonny and Paul. They have both retired.

I visited this Bel Air on Sunrise on Saturday October, 07- 8:30AM. The bakery case was completely empty and when asked if they plan on putting bagels and donuts out soon. their response was no, we just didn't get to it this morning. Even though I saw the trays in back were empty and set aside, I asked if they had any ready to be placed in the bagel and donut cases for purchase and their response was an agitated no, we said we just didn't get around to making them this morning. I asked when they planned on " getting around to making them" and they replied "again we just didn't get to it" I politely thanked them for their time however my thoughts were what's the reason? Why the lack of concern? Why were the team members unprepared for bakery sales? Completely empty case of bakery items is unacceptable especially on a busy Saturday morning. Raleys Bel Air please explain.

The store it self is alright But they get a 1 star because the Wok (Chinese food) was so bad I felt sick after eating it!!! I am not very smart apparently, this is the 3rd time over the last 4 years I have have food from the Wok, the 1st time was not good but I didn't get sick, the 2nd time I actually got sick, now 3 years later I got sick again!!!Shut this place down (the Wok) Bel-Air is not a bad place but this unacceptable. Also in my defense I am not picky when it comes to food so I feel like there is something really wrong with this place.

My family and I absolutely love the BelAir and Raleys family of stores, but unfortunately, we are so terribly disappointed in the customer service of the bakery department at this particular store. My wife ordered a cake for our chikd's birthday over a month ago and it was sched to be picked up today. My wife specifically ordered from this place because 1. it's on the way to the place of our kid's party, and 2. they assured it would be ready by the exact time we needed it to be ready by. Well, to our dismay, when we came to pick up the cake today, it was not ready. Not only was it not ready, but they had not even started working on it. They're defense was "we called and left a voicemail on your wife's phone." Well, why would we even need to return a call when we already specified a pickup time? Anyway, they said it would be 20-30 minutes until they could eventually start working on the cake that was ALREADY PAID FOR a month ago? The bottom line is, they dropped the ball. bur the worst thing about the experience was the attitude that all 3 bakery employees exhibited on this day. They made it seem that it was our fault for not returning a call. They were all condescending and downright unhappy with having to help answer my questions. They just didn't want to admit that they screwed up, and instead, they tried to put the blame on us. Shame on us right? Well, little do they know we have a family friend that' works for the Raley's corporation and this person is not going to be happy when they hear about this visit.

Very clean and well stocked store. Checkouts are usually pretty quick since they have a decently sized self checkout area. They have some good deals in meat and a very good selection of fresh items. Good store to go to if you are looking for some pretty specific items.

The deli is amazing! They have a sushi case and Chinese food counter...and the prices are fantastic! I went into this store to grab a few items and walked out with an order of sushi, a 2-item Chinese food plate and fried egg rolls, drinks and ice cream for desert :). Yum!

A few odd things about this store. 1. They have a limited coffee selection if you like to purchase whole been coffee. 2. You ALWAYS find a bunch of swarming flies around the bakery area. 3. Not unusual to see pre-packaged items in produce (grapes, berries) that have been opened and sampled. 4. Wait times for service in the deli area can be long. Hard to find employees coming out of COVID no doubt.

This fat ugly Karen woman in her 40... works at the sandwich bar next to meat department has no clue how to make sandwiches. Lied By saying they need to charge extra For the Veggie.. she puts only two tiny tomatoes slices And wanted to charge me extra for one more slice.. why lie!? This is not the first time.. I come here every day getting a sandwich for my lunch but now screw this place because of this Karen makes me not want to shop here anymore..

I've been shopping at this location since we moved here in 2016- shopping at the chain for decades (literally). Never had an issue w/this location until this month. Due to the pandemic, they changed their bagging "rules" btwn January and the beginning of February: they now require those whom bring their own bags to take your things outside to bag them (a sign on the front door would've been nice). Before, you could bag your items at the end of the counter, like a lot of stores. There's no table set up outside for this new procedure (no sanitizing station), no lighting in the parking lot to assist your vision if you bag@your car. The sign at the register I was at stated that the clerk would remove every item from the cart, ring it up and then return it to the cart. This did not happen. The clerk literally took items out one by one, scanned them and returned them to the cart. Which is how I got charged 2x for two separate items! Didn't notice though until I was home in C.H. cooking dinner and going over the receipt (8:30pm). Had the clerk rang the items up the way she was supposed to, this probably wouldn't have occurred. Ended up being overcharged by $7.50! When I emailed corporate to let them know about what occurred and asked that my Extra account have $7.50 put on it or a gift card mailed to me for the overcharge- they brushed it off. So, Raleys/Bel Air just lost 2 loyal shoppers. As our household has 2 ppl that do the shopping in normal times. I've been doing all the grocery shopping since this began for the household. The fact that this company thinks so little of their customers tells me all I need to know. They are making HUGE profits during the pandemic- as all grocers are. So this is extra sickening. If you shop at ANY of their stores, be sure to read your receipt in your car in the parking lot. That way, you can walk rt back in and get your $$!!!
