And this is coming from a huge fan of Dunkin… this branch needs some major upgrading.. I mean seriously, whoever is managing this branch and training the staff needs to take retirement from Food/Service industry..Old sad donuts customer service was pathetic not just once I have been the 4-5 times, donuts were stale and hard.. Coffee was old.. Please don't spoil the name of my favorite Brand..!!Parking: A lot of parking since no one comes here..!Kid-friendliness: Not at all.

I was shocked when I visited the Roseville Dunkin’ Donut shop. The donuts looked like they were 3 days old. An old fashioned was just a plain cake. The apple fritters were a blob of dough with a sparse drizzle of glaze. How can a reputable company whose only basic product is donuts, sell this unappealing slop? Beyond disappointing!

For a donut shop they never sent to have any donuts. Went there today and tried to get a dozen donuts but they only had 4 varieties avail and none of the ones I wanted; sugar, vanilla creme, and jelly. It was 6a. How can they not have any donuts?Went there earlier in the week and it was the same thing, this time around 830a.How can you constantly not have the thing that you're supposed to sell?These aren't the only times either, just the most recent.If your looking for donuts, this is not the place.It's definitely not the place I remember as a kid. Whatever happened to "time to make the donuts?"I guess this location never got the message. ?

I'm so disappointed I have been wanted to try this drink I've seen everywhere "Cookie Butter Cold Brew" didn't have the Cold Foam or the toppings I did add 3 Cream. Well I finally convinced my hubby we should give Dunkin Doughnuts a try we ordered 4 drinks mine Cookie Butter Cold brew, Iced Pumpkin Spice latte, Iced Peppermint Mocha, and Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate every single one of them tasted like it was watered down and $17 for One Dozen doughnuts. Probably won't be going there again.

We just went through the drive through and asked for the drink to be blinded, and she says we can't blind the drinks anymore because we got a new machine and it will break it. So I said okay then with ice and when we got the drink it wasn't all the full shown in the picture, and it tastes like nothing butt coconut milk. Honestly I don't think there is any coffee in this drink ?
This place is terrible. I don't like dunkin in general, but this one is bad. Last time I went it was a Saturday morning and they only had like six types of doughnuts to choose from. No chocolate bars? No standard chocolate dipped?Got the hash browns and thought the price was pretty good, until I opened them and saw there were literally five in the bag... Five hash browns each the size of a quarter. The bag they gave me was less than half full. No excuse.

Our family used to love this Dunkin' Donuts. I do not know if there was a change in ownership but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Literally the last 2 times their staff has been extremely annoyed when ordering and also when you reach the window. It's unacceptable on how aggressive they are right when you order. This has happened to me twice and my wife once. We will no longer be going to Dunkin' as they truly careless about their customers.

I Would give zero stars if i could. Tables were dirty with crumbs, napkins on the floor. Finger prints and smudges on the windows. With as many children (employees) as there were "working" the lobby should be spotless. I watched as about 7 employees stood around. Blasting inappropriate music on the radio. Seemed to be more interested in each other than addressing the customers. Watched an employee walk in and all the other employees yelling in excitement. My family didn't even get a welcome in or hello. Then, the cashier just stood there and waited for us to order without any acknowledgment or suggestions.As we left, we yet again weren't acknowledged or thanked for coming in. Upon leaving, i walked out to see 2 employees vaping right outside the door in customer view. Just disgusting. If there was a supervisor or manager on duty, they really need to go through training again.As a person who works in the restaurant industry I am truly embarrassed for this establishment.Would 100% never recommend this place. I am unsure how they are still open.
