My husband ordered a 16 piece mixed family meal only to arrive home and count 9 pieces of chicken. These meals are not cheap and this is the second time that we have been shorted. Very disappointing.

Great, enthusiastic staff, and our chicken bowl was good! A little over the top with diced onions and cilantro, but that's part of the Mexican food culture. The only bummer was the churo- it was almost doughy inside, yet well cooked outside. Not appealing. As we left, our server said "good-bye." Nice!
Drove thru today. Was looking at menu, the guy working asked what he could get started for me. I said hold on a sec, maybe 5 seconds later I ordered a chicken avocado burrito and said and that's it. He then asked if I wanted guacamole for however much. I said no thank you. He then asked if I wanted 2 churros for 1.99, I said no thank you. He said he would give me the total at the window. I drive up and he tells me it's $22.something. I said, HOW MUCH? He repeated. I said for ONE burrito? (I figured he was getting my order mixed up with another one.) He then says YOU ACKNOWLEDGED 2 burritos. He canceled one but seemed to have a bit of an attitude. I paid cash, and noticed the coins I got as change were sticky. He had another guy hand me my food, I had to ask for salsa, and I didn't notice til I drove off, no napkins in the bag. The burrito itself was OK, but I've had much better Chicken Avocado burritos from EPL in the past.
