On my first night in Roseville, I found myself craving a quick bite. The hotel was surrounded by several restaurants, and my preference for local. But I also wanted to catch March Madness games. So I went over to, Eureka. As I knew I could a nice juicy burger and crispy fries.The burger arrived—a masterpiece of perfectly seasoned beef, melty cheese, and fresh toppings. The fries, golden and addictive, disappeared faster than I could keep track. As I savored my meal, an enjoyed the games played on the screens.
