The food was amazing! Definitely full of flavor every dish is seasoned to perfection and genuinely can taste every note, the staff was very friendly for arriving the last 30 minutes before closing. It was great service, but with that being said they could spend more time cleaning and being more detailed, I had dust on my lamp at eye level which could be easily noticed especially while sitting at the booth, for being a upscale restaurant or any type establishment, I think this could be easily avoided, especially when it’s at eye level!! Still worth giving this place a shot. It’s got phenomenal food.

The food and ambiance are great, but it's upscale yet casual. I the food came out hot and full of flavor. Only downside was the server was incredibly busy and it took asking 3 times to get our drinks. Price is fair considering it's more upscale. Would recommend

My family and I have dined at Fats several times and we always have a wonderful experience! The service is consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food is flavorful and satisfying, with a great variety to choose from. We also appreciate the cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which adds to the overall enjoyment of our meals. Fats is one of our favorite spots for a family meal, and we look forward to coming back!

I've been here several times the quality of the food seems to be going down. I'm not sure what was up with our waiter but I think he was too busy counting his tips to wait on us that what he was doing when I had to go look for him just to get things that should have been on the table. thank God for other staff members or would have been horrible. paid 3.75 for a coke and and ice tea and he never came back for water refills let alone tea and coke. I take that back he did ask if we wanted a refill when he brought the bill. and every dirty dish was still on our table until another staff person came and asked if we wanted the dishes cleaned off our table. I could go on but I think you get the gist.

Super amazing food, I have to say the service was great with all 18 of us. So that being said they did there job diligently and they paid attention to every detail of our request. Didn't skip a beat. It was alot of fun. I will definitely come back here on a date. Or just a small get together. Thanks cooks waitress service was perfect!

The food, service, and attitudes of the staff are not worth what it costs to eat here. Rude, dismissive and angry are what we were greeted with and treated to throughout the entire meal causing us to end the experience early, pay the bill, and get out. There are so many better choices in the area that should be considered before spending money here. This restaurant does not represent the Frank Fat's brand and quality at all. For that, make the drive to the downtown location because you wont find it in Roseville. Truly, you will have a better, more flavorful, happier meal at Panda Express, not to mention quicker and far less expensive.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Chris, our waiter, was very attentive and friendly! We ordered spicy green beans and honey walnut prawns, served on rice. It was delicious!
Food has definitely gone downhill since we used to haunt this place. Oily spot on floor by table - almost hit the floor getting into the booth. Food on mediocre side. Service/r disinterested in our satisfaction. Not worth the money or time.

Stopped in yesterday after not dining here for year.,we ordered the coconut shrimp I then ordered the orange chicken and only Mongolian ribs to go they were for my dad. I was brought everything to go and felt as if they wanted me and my party to leave. So we did. I have never felt so upset and like trash as I did yesterday. How do you treat customers like this? Additionally, the waitress I had was taking me not wanting the water personally. Also she knew I did not want to eat my meal to go especially since I am disabled and had not ate all day. She then sends the food over in a bag with someone else because she’s a coward. I was shocked the bus boy was like oh you didn’t want all this to go and stood there holding the bag to where I was upset are you serious I told him he said oh I am guessing you did not want it all to go?? NO!!!! I did not. Why would I drive all the way to Roseville from carmichael to pick up food in person just to come bring it all the way back home disabled???? I will never ever step foot in your restaurant again never and if anyone ask me about your restaurant, I will tell them not to go there because you pick and choose which customers you like to dine in.Dietary restrictions: Not much help here
