the layout of the restaurant is perfect for all occasions and the service is fantastic. one server who goes out of his way every time I am there is Sebastia, I go to this location just for him because he makes sure all my needs are taken care of.

Food, one star. It was overcooked (asked the host if we can get it Med rare) , no flavor, and tough. Service was great. Atmosphere was fine. Will jot be back.

absolutely wonderful place. excellent selection of excellent quality meat steaks. and if you try fried pineapple with cinnamon and say that it’s not tasty, then you are my blood enemy forever ??? the unlimited selection of salads and grilled vegetables also pleased me. A special mention about the bathroom - many more expensive establishments cannot boast of the same. I absolutely recommend visiting.Parking: In addition to the main parking space, there is an additional one, which is located behind the hair salon. absolutely empty.

We came here for my birthday, without a reservation- mistake #1! My friend was there and put in our name but because we all weren't there they couldn't seat us. By the time we were all there we had to wait for all of the 7pm reservations to be seated or not show up. We waited, and a few of us went over the ask the hostess for an ETA. The hostess was in a foul mood at least towards us, she seemed really bothered and spoke to us in an unfriendly way. The manager was very kind and when we were eventually seated we had a great meal and great service. It was worth the wait. The meat here is seasoned well, the hot bar has lots of choices; we love the mashed potatoes, salmon, beef stew (not sure what it is but boyfriend loves it), lobster bisque!!! So good!!! We had a great dinner and having been here before I can say our little interaction with the hostess was a 1 off situation - I hope you were just having a bad day

I first stumbled upon Flame & Fire in Bakersfield, and was very impressed with the location, quality of service, and food (would give more than 5 stars - yes in Bakersfield, lol). Trying to stay on a budget, this restaurant is not something I should do often. However, I was happy to learn there was a location closer to home, in Roseville, and looked forward to trying it out. Roseville did not disappoint, but it wasn't the same 'wow' factor I had initially. As in Bakersfield, the service in Roseville is exceptional (thank you again Sebastian, as well as the gentleman who came around with the grilled meats). Food was almost perfect... meats were served hot and cooked well, except for the spicy chicken (little too charred). The rest of the 'buffet' area was filled with lots of tasty choices, fully stocked even for a slow Tuesday night, and we got there late (romaine lettuce could have been fresher, but it wasn't bad). The lobster bisque was so yummy (good amount of lobster meat included). To set the appropriate expectation, dinner for two plus 2 drinks each (and they allowed us to taste multiple wines until we found the one we each liked) was just over $200 (not including tip). Again, not an every day/frequent thing, but for a special occasion and the variety of options, it's worth it. Great food, nice atmosphere, amazing service.

Awesome market bar and the carvings were great too! Awesome service with attentive staff and excellent hosts. The market stations were refilled quickly and were never empty. Everything was fresh! Desserts were great too! I would highly recommend for special occasions!

Very nice place. Definitely make sure you're dressed decently when you go here. You will drop a pretty penny here. Average for one with two cocktails, desert, about $115.00 but worth it.Be ready to eat! They have a great salad bar, a selection of finger foods.Including several types of cheeses, prosciutto, smoked salmon, shrimp, cold cuts etc. They have a large number of different meats. From top sirloin to filet mignon wrapped in bacon, to lamb chops to BBQ chicken legs. They even have roasted pineapple coated in cinnamon. You have a pair of tongs, and they bring the meat to your table on a spigot and cut a piece and you grab it with the tongs while they finish cutting. You have a card that says yes and no. As long as you leave it on your table and it says yes they will keep coming with different meats. The only way to stop them is to flip the card to no.The atmosphere is nice, the staff are very nice and it's all you can eat. You will leave full. Plus they make a killer tasting mojito. They have a good selection of wine and cocktails. Average about 13.00 per cocktail. They even had flan for dessert. This is definitely a place to go to. If you're a steak and chicken kind of person you won't be disappointed. Go here!Vegetarian options: Large salad bar, plus some vegetarian dishes.

My husband and I took my parents to experience Flame & Fire last weekend. We had the pleasure of having Sebastian as our waiter. He did a great job making sure we got the meats we wanted and was very attentive with our refills. Will definitely return and hope to ask for Sebastian. Thank you for a great night!

Came to celebrate my birthday and the service was on point. From the food coming to the table within seconds, the managers checking in on your meal, and the amazing atmosphere. Our server, Sebastian, was definitely higher than his A game. Thank you guys, you definitely made my birthday this
