Best ice cream I've ever had. I am truly addicted to their ice cream. The blue monster just hits different. Don't get me started on the s'mores. And I also be chilling with the peanut butter, chocolate brownie or I don't remember if it's the chocolate peanut butter ripple. Either way both are fire. Plus if we order it on DoorDash it's zero dollar delivery fee so let me tell you I'll be taking advantage of this ice cream.

Dropped by with the kids after dinner. I have to say, Handel's ice cream is the BEST! Their offerings of flavors are awesome! My favorite is the Buckeye! My five-year-old loves Blue Monster. This ice cream shop is always busy. They have some limited indoor seating as well as some outdoor seating on their nicely arranged patio. This allows for making a choice based on temperature and weather conditions, either way though it's not going to be an intimate, quiet visit! If I had written this review one of the previous visits we made, I would have undoubtedly rated them 5-stars. This time though I have to deduct a star for service. The young man who took our order and rang us up was less than friendly. Actually, he was pretty aloof. I hope it was just an off night, but who knows?!? I'm sure we'll return; the ice cream is absolutely delicious!

Why are some of these reviewers so entitled… it’s actually upsetting to think that the employees have to deal with this in rl. The employees were helpful, friendly and informative, a bit pricey, but worth it and some of the best Ice cream I have had in a while. Great ambience and lots of room to sit. If you have not been, I would 100 percent recommend.

Omgoodness this creamy is breathtaking and so delicious!! The best lemon chello & strawberry cheesecake ice cream ever!! All the flavors are great to be honest, even the chocolate flavors and I'm not a fan of chocolate! Definitely a must try & go to spot other than Letherbees.

Even in the wintertime, this place is busy. Great ice cream and it's fun to make your own creations.
Everyone was friendly and quick to get us what we needed. On top of that, ice cream is the best there is. Definitely recommend Graham Central Station. Also, the employees keep everything super clean. One of the only ice cream places I’ve been to that doesn’t have it all over the tables and chairs.

Handels Ice Cream is amazing! The flavors are exceptional as well as the service. There can be long lines at times but the ice cream here is worth the wait. I was also helped by Diana who was outstanding. I've seen many workers at different businesses be annoyed by busy days, but not Diana! I will definitely be returning.
