This is the 2nd time I’ve come to grab food after work and the 24 hour drive thru has a piece of paper saying they are closed for maintenance. I’m a nurse and my options are slim during this time frame. I drive this way on purpose to enjoy the food here. Super

The service was good but I think it's a shame that the owners want to save labor and have the store ran by only a couple of employees the cashier has to do window and the front and drive thru window just to save a money. It's like that in lots of Jack in boxes I have been to. That's why you have no employees because you run them to the ground. I say this with much respect. Ty

I work overnight shift and for the past 2 weeks the employees have been putting closed for Maintenance signs on the order board. When I ask them at the window they are on their phones talking to someone else and either eating or drinking something of their own but yet I can’t even get a drink. Major disappointment in the service here guess I gotta go back to Dutch bros for my drinksUPDATE: Management responded to my review publicly before they even responded to my complaint on the link they gave me. Prior to writing my review I submitted a complaint via link they left on someone else es review. I have yet to hear back from them…. Sign is still on drive through new sign says closed til 4:30 doesn’t mention maintenance anymore

Found a piece of hair in my chicken sandwich. Fries came damn near room temp too. Manager seems like she's trying but honestly it's only her, rest of the crew doesn't seem like their doing anything. I get it, you work at jack in the box, but you applied there. So show up to your job and work The one of Douglas is better don't go here

Please send Manager Josh to Management/Leadership training. While not rude, he doesn’t know how to tackle proper customer service issues. I’m only giving 1 star because crew member at register was polite with refund.
