The store has really gone downhill. It looks bad and is almost deserted when I was there. The food was good about what you would expect at a jack-in-the-box however the atmosphere and dining room left a lot to be desired. Run down and they wouldn't let anybody use the restrooms. They had a table that blocked the hallway to the restroom. This is not the way of food establishment should be run.

I never go into this place, I only go through the drive-through to order. About half the time, they don't get your order right, so check I before you leave. Customer service isn't too bad, but sometimes you can't hardly understand what they are saying over the intercom.

Whoever worked the Night Shift at the drive thru on Nov 15th yelled at us, because we were taking 3 extra seconds to order our drink. I’m extremely fed up with his customer service I did not get his name unfortunately, we did nothing to provoke this except for trying to pick a drink.
