I just love this place. They have several locations and this was first time at this location. Very happy that the food is the same taste at all locations. The shrimp cocktail is my favorite and tonight did not disappoint.

I recently moved to the Sacramento region and had been googling Mexican food places and never really found a place I wanted to go. Then after driving out to Folsom and headed back to Roseville we found this place driving by. When we walked in no one was inside and then I pondered why there was no cars outside. But as soon as I saw the salsa bar I was good. Couldn't decide what to get but finally settled on a Al la cart bean tostada and a Al la cart Chile Rellenos. And omg the tostada was as big as the plate and packed high. And the Chili Rellenos was amazing... I loved the staff, the food, the servings, and the salsa bar. The only thing I wished was different was that the green chili sauce that was on my sons huge wet super burrito was on the salsa bar because that sauce was the best. Will be back for sure.

The name of this restaurant is Jalisco.The food is well prepared. I got chile verde and it was melt in my mouth tender. Cut into perfect bite sized pieces and spicy! Everything tasted fresh and their Pico de Gallo was spot on!So delicious. The man running the show was friendly and helpful. Sorry Ramon, but it could have been so much better. I ordered chilaquiles. At first glance I noticed a huge portion of red salsa on top of the eggs. The edges of the egg white were brown. I questioned staff about the meat and got a irritated response. Whatever it was, it was extremely salty. Staff offered a replacement, but by that time my appetite was shot. Disappointed that my money (approx.$13) wasn’t refunded. I’m in no rush to return.

This place is always clean, the service is great, and the food comes out fast even when They're busy. I've eaten here at least 20 times in the last few years and they never disappoint. Their enchiladas are my favorite but everything on their menu that I have ordered is delicious. They also have a fresh chip and salsa bar that is always on point and well-stocked. The super nachos are huge, perfect for sharing, and always have a generous amount of toppings.
