The number 13, the Italian sandwich, is my favorite. Definitely superior to Subway.Parking: There is plenty of parking but the parking lot is weirdly designed and can be very confusing if you're not familiar with it.

The last time I was in the sandwich shop had to have been at least 10 years ago with a coworker at lunch. I decided to get the club sandwich which included turkey, avocado, and bacon. Everything was extremely fresh tasting, which is something that I love in a sandwich! Man who was working that day was also a very friendly and helpful. Definitely patient with me as well as I decided which sandwich I wanted.I love that they had unsweetened iced tea in the cooler as a grab and go drink.

Just OK. Nothing great. There are so many other better sandwich shops all over town. They have some good grilled meat options, like cheese streaks, but they're just ok. No cheddar cheese? What's up with that?

Definitely has improved here. Sure they get busy during peak hours as expected. I avoid those times when I can. Orders are always right. Always welcomed when I come in and nice employees. Much cleaner than in past.

they messed up my order on doordash and tried saying i only asked for jalapeños tomatoes and pickles on my sandwich with no mayonnaise or any condiments? ruined my whole mood bc it’s that big of a deal to throw some mayonnaise on a sandwich, I also called before i had came in to make sure i can fix my order and i was told i could come in all i had to was bring my sandwich. I drove all the way to this location just for that lady to tell me my sandwich doesn’t come with mayo and i can’t fix my order. Amazing food, horrible customer service. (just fix the damn sandwich ur job isn’t that serious to act like that)

I've asked twice now to sub provolone for American cheese when I order online and both times, I've gotten a cheesesteak sandwich with no cheese at all- I felt disappointed the most recent visit when it was $17. When they do get your order right, their sandwiches are definitely very good.
