The food was great but the cashier that works every time I go in on weekdays in the morning needs better training as far as service goes. Few times I’ve taken my kids in on nights recently and the new server seems to be a very polite young lady. Will remember to go at nights so have better service.

ATTN: MILITARY!!This location offers an awesome military discount (25%), while the Rocklin one offers nothing. Plus the employee a cheerful and offer great customer service. Equally important, the food is delicious. Choose this over SmashBurger!Edit: prices have been raised substantially (60%) in the last couple years, and the military discount was lowered to 10%. Still good food, but I actually feed my family cheaper at Red Robin.

The food was decent, but for the price it was not good. The meat is dry and greasy in the burgers and they are small. The service was decent considering the place was empty when we arrived. Overall I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Was at the Roseville Galleria Mall and was craving a burger. Krush had decent reviews on Yelp so we decided to give it a try. Finding the place was a challenge. It's actually not in the main food court on the 2nd floor nor just below it on the 1st floor...but it's actually outside. Walk through that entrance between Tiffany's and LV into a an outdoor area. It's actually to the right of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and in front of the outdoor children's play area. We ordered a strawberry milkshake, fries, and the cowbell burger. The milkshake was very milky and lacked a strong strawberry flavor. We were not a fan. The cowbell burger came with bacon, crispy onions, cheddar cheese, and bbq sauce. It was a lot smaller than I expected but then again the menu did say "mini burgers". It was a bit bigger than a traditional slider on the Hawaiian rolls. There was a generous amount of bacon and crispy onions. The patty was seasoned well. We really enjoyed the French fries. Given the size and shape of each piece, I think these are hand-cut. The light crisp and fry on each piece was great and it was seasoned with salt. A tad too salty for my taste but they were still pretty good. Service was OK. They weren't great and they weren't bad.

This was my favourite food truck for so long!! Coming back in town I decided to go for the nostalgic bite over Shake Shake (which is incredible but you can get everywhere now)...and I was let down. The slider was okay, all of the elements were there with the crispy onions, but it was overcooked and just kinda blah. The buffalo chicken was just not great, seems like it's a much cheaper patty than it used to be and was lacking in sauces...but overflowing with coleslaw. The tots were as they always are, solid when hot, ok when they cool off. The Diet Coke slapped tho. Overall kinda let down and the place feels cluttered. Might be time to get back to some basics of what made the food great...somehow the suburbs ruin everything, including urban street truck food. Was gonna give 2 stars but the staff gets the extra one for putting up with dumb suburban soccer moms. They were so unnecessarily rude.

Krush burger was used to be very good. We used to go there often but not impress us anymore because food quantity is not so great. It smells very strong bathroom spray in the restaurant. I just felt not clean enough to eat there. Also order two combo meals and two kid's meals cost us over $70. If we go to another fast food restaurant.

Visited 10/23/23 @ 3 PM.Absolutely the worst experience for a restaurant we have been to. The food was not worth half of what we paid. It was cold and just thrown in the boat. The female employee at the counter has no customer service skills. She was extremely rude. Argued with us about our order. Would not give us a receipt. Also ask for a nutrional menu. She tells me "look it up online, maybe it's there" in a very condescending tone. You guys should really think about who is working your front counter. There are to many options at this mall. We will not be back. Next time we will just go to Shake shack upstairs.

I don't see the owner around anymore or the other guy who was always in the kitchen. I love this place though they always have fresh ingredients and all of the sauces are home made. Really good wings as well and they have the best homemade ranch and the girl who's always there is really nice.

Ordered my food, waited 30 minutes, the people that went after me got their food before me. When I went to check in , the chef did ‍ and fuckin shrugged at me. Also cheese fries were ass and there r only 2 people working.

This place used to be good, but the burgers are dry and over cooked, tots are burnt and just some off putting aftertaste. It cost over $50 for two adults and one child. I spend half that for in-n-out and that is way better. Will not come back, just can’t justify it.

Got our order wrong twice and the staff argued with us that they read our incorrect order back to us. Service wasn't great either. Coming from a server from multiple restaurants and casinos, its not that hard to fake a smile or apologize even if you fully believe you did nothing wrong. We're not mad, just disappointed. Do better. ?

Used to be a good place to eat. But the meat is all just reheated chicken pattys now. Kinda pricey, and they managed to get my order incorrect twice. After which I gave up and went somewhere else. Won't be back.

First, the good part: The Burger was tasty! Given that, it should be noted that it is really a slider and the place should be called "three-bite-burger". Eleven fifty for a slider and a coke. I placed my order and they gave me cup for my soda. I dispensed my ice and then proceeded to fill with Coca-Cola. Nope, no syrup in the Coke dispenser, soda water only. Notified the staff and they said they would change it out. I noticed that the place was filthy. Walking across from the soda machine to a table my tennis shoes were sticking to the floor on each step. Someone really needs to sweep and mop the floor. Maybe five minutes and he brought my tray with my miniature burger on it, still no Coke. I at my burger as he finally changed the syrup on the Coke. Another trip through the muck to fill my cup. First time, last time for this place!

Got the cowbell with garlic fries and a dipped cone. They forgot our dipped cone and we had to awkwardly ask for it after. The service was a little lacking but the burger was good. The garlic fries were a soggy but paired well with the sweet potato tot sauce. The seating area is small and a little tight. Thankfully there wasn't a lot of people when we went.
