Came in the other day and order quarter pounder and Big Mac never got my quarter pounder and didn’t realize by the time I got home. I called that day and the next, both times lines were busy. I came in the drive they the following day to see if they can remake it. They asked for a receipt which I never received. Don’t waste your time at this location, the manager Linda has no sense of customer service, she didn’t even talk to me or look at me and address the problem. If she had been nice about it and let me know she can’t do anything I wouldn’t have been as mad. But I had to re buy my burger that I never got. Huge waste of money and my time. Manager Linda needs to get her head on straight and stop using her young employees as messengers and address the issue herself! It’s just lazy and bad manners. And after all that they still got my order wrong and had me wait outside. Don’t waste your time the location on Sierra college has way better service and manners. If you’re going to McDonald’s don’t come to the one on Harding. Especially if “manager” Linda is working. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know the situation.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. On 3 separate occasions we have been ripped off here using the McDonald's app. The first was a buy one get one deal. Paid for in the app. We had a receipt obviously and were at the correct location. They said only one burger came in on that their end and they could only gave us one. Even with the receipt. In front of them showing 2 and the deal used. We thought it was a glitch and ate the loss. The second time I was in the parking lot and my son went in to the counter. They said they never got an order. Again we had the receipt and it was the correct location. They said someone else could have taken the order already because they set them on the counter and don't monitor or ask for receipts when people pick up. Literally impossible as the minute it was ordered my son went inside to wait for it. They accused us of already getting the food. My son argued with them for about 10 minutes before they finally gave him the food we paid for. The third time they said they never got the order and we could come in the morning to get a refund. I called repeatedly asking two questions. Who was the manger on duty and how do I spell her name so I know who to say I talked to when I come back in the morning for my refund. The lady who answered hung up repeatedly. I kept calling and she said she would call the police. I simply asked for the manager on duty and the spelling as this is the 3rd time this location has fucked us over. She continued to hang up and refused to give me her name. It's no wonder this location has 1.5 stars. Fucking bull shit. McDonald's as a company should be embarrassed to have a franchise that fucks over their customers like this. And the fact that you can't even call anyone for a refund or to report this behavior is crazy.WTF
