Quality and consistency is key! This franchise is solid. Food is great and I've never had a bad meal. The service is quality. I highly recommend. This is no basic sandwich spot.

The employees here are amongst the most friendly and helpful I ever had serve me. The bread was fresh, making for some really good sandwiches. The biggest reason I'll be back was the way I was treated by the staff. Very impressive.

First time ever going to a Mr. Pickles. Literally took 20 minutes to order my sandwich with only 3 sandwiches ahead of me and 4 employees on staff. Then it took 20 minutes to ring me up. Cashier kept giving out DoorDash orders instead of taking care of customers in the store. This guy had a broken arm and the other 3 employees expected him to ring up all the waiting customers, Get drinks filled for all the DoorDash orders and then after he was done he could ring up the 5 people waiting to pay. I asked the manager if anyone was ringing up orders and her response was that he only has one arm instead of stepping in to help. Needless to say I will never come back to a Mr. Pickles again. Really bad first impression and no apologies what so ever. Also they microwave their pastrami and they hardly put any on the sandwich.

Gosh I love this sandwich shop. My "go to" sandwich is Hot Pastrami with melted Swiss on toasted Marbled Rye. Their pastrami is lean and delicious. Toasting the bread adds crunch to all the deliciousness!! Lots of places serve pastrami sandwiches but none as good as Mr. Pickles. So fortunate to have a shop near me.

Worst location, long haired guy guaranteed to mess your order up. Usually he was just using the wrong bread or missing smaller items but this last time he forgot to add any meat on mine. Making a whole sandwich and not realizing there's no meat when the store is empty is unforgivable, especially when I didn't realize until I was home. And in their minds giving me a free bag of chips would fix it all. Run by children.

I'm a picky eater and sandwiches are important to me. When they're done differently than I've asked it can actually ruin my day. Lucky for me, this location always gets it right and makes it good. Staff is so friendly and it's always the same awesome peeps. They're so quick, too! Really happy to have this place so close to my house and work.

Stopped by midday Saturday for sandwiches. Place is clean and well-lit. We had the veggie pistoli and Cali Tuna sandwiches. Staff were polite and efficient. Fresh-baked rolls were good. Everything was fresh and good quality. Happy music playing. A couple big TVs with the sound off. Posters advertise a program supporting local kids' sports. And there is a free chocolate.chip cookie with every sandwich. What's Not to like? The only flaw was that one leg of our table seemed a little wiggly. I'd come back here any time I was hankering for a sandwich. No coke- pepsi!

I had the "Listen Linda" sandwich, and it was delicious. It's definitely a step up from Subway. I wish I had Mr. Pickle's in my area.

The old lady with glasses inside is very rude I guess ownership changed so they moved the pickup area and she says very rude "over by the register" then I made I nice comment saying that's interesting she then responds very rudely "we're under new management that's why we moved it" like it's 10:50 in the morning why so rude I hope they change her out too like the owners

Very disappointed with my sandwich today!! The only reason I come here is for the garlic sauce since that's so delicious and I always emphasize that I want extra garlic sauce and even told the sandwich maker twice to make sure she got it. When I go to eat the sandwich it had NO GARLIC SAUCE and was dry as a bone with hardly any mayo. I knew she was not listening to me when she asked me 3 times if I was only getting one sandwich today. I will never come to this location ever again!!!!!!! I suggest if anyone wants to NOT be heard then you should go see them.
