Whoever they had at the counter was extremely helpful as a first time visitor. 5/5 service. The sandwich was 1/5. The bread was so dry it crumbled with every bite. The chicken was fried a little too long and was very hard in some parts. The slaw was simply chopped cabbage. Ranch was great and the fries came out hot. Not too sure I’d give this location another go as I have only ever had the sandwiches off of a truck.

Have been here twice so far. Got both the Sammich and hot chicken tenders. Tenders were pretty dry. Spicy but not all that flavorful. The sauce is spicy mayo. OK, but most would prefer a more flavorful house sauce. The sandwich is pretty good. Spendy but good. Fried and battered well. The ingredients all complement each other well. Could still use a bit more flavor.My suggestion? Go out of your way 15 minutes and get Dave's Hot Chicken for a better and cheaper hot chicken experience.

The chicken was just fabulous!! Good and crunchy through and through! Right to the last bite! The coleslaw was light and tasty. The cook Kevin was very great employee! He cooked our food, served us our food! Very gracious employee! All in all our experience was great! We will definitely be back! By the way we came all the way from Paradise Ca to come here! Keep on cluckin'!!

Haven't eaten here in a while but I figured it was worth a comment. Chicken is crispy if you like spicy they got the sando for you. If it's not to busy in there service is quick honestly can't wait to go back yipppeeee

I am baffled how places like this miss items on to go orders, literally the ticket is printed on the bag and you could check it over in 30 seconds, but nope, let's miss an entire sandwich on the ticket. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

ordered the sammich, I was expecting a tender juicy chicken to bite into, but the chicken was just disappointing.Too tough, stringy and dry! I know it’s thigh, but come on, there’s no reason it should be that dry. Also the breading/batter was extremely crunchy.The food is made in a “ghost kitchen”, so the people that make the food isn’t as invested and devoted to bringing customers back.This location makes food for 10 other restaurants, so quality and taste won’t even compare to food made at a dedicated Nash restaurant with trained cooks who are familiar with the ingredients.Won’t be coming back.
Went here wanting nash and proper cause I use to go to the Elk Grove location and this was such a letdown. I got the sammich and it was on a massive bun that was ice cold with no toppings and sauce and the chicken was mostly batter with cool but not cold chicken inside. My wife got the proper fries and that was good but the chicken was cold as well. Over all not a great experience. Plus by the time we ordered, 3 sets of people came in and ordered after us and got their food faster then mine. Just over all a bad experience coming here

i love a good hot chicken Sandwich .. this sandwich could of been good but the chicken was old and dried out i got clucken hot and it had zero heat. i see people complaining about chicken thighs but that is one of the best tasting parts i really wish it would of been fresh and hot highly disappointed would not recommend
