At the first moment you come to this place the personel give you an agreeable feeling. Very warm crew, it is a kind restaurant to to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. tasty food, qualified chief cook and stuff, honest cost and professional service. Warmly recommended.

I celebrated my PhD last night in this great place. I am glad to say that it was a marvelous evening and the restaurant was undoubtedly the reason for that successful gathering. The stuff contributed in a very nice way, the cooking was delicious and my buddies were so thrilled. We shall surely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

The food here is good but the service sucks. The wait times are always long even though they have plenty open tables. Even when ordering for pick up, they tell you a certain time it will be ready, but when you get there, you have to wait 15-30 min longer. So annoying!

I arrive at this special restaurant every couple of days as I enjoy the good air that is part of this restaurant. The crew is extraordianrillyremarkably attentive and well trained. The service is pretty efficient. Needless to say, the food they serve is perfect. I visited often and I was always happy. The expense is honest. I recommend this place to to everybody.

Add another casualty to the Covid pandemic. Many Restaurants unfortunately will go by the wayside in the coming months. Razor thin margins & rising state mandated wages were already piling on enough pressure pre Covid.

Went for a birthday party and had horrible service. They had one girl who was new trying to handle 20 of us. Food took well over an hour and just wasn't that great. Maybe it was just a bad night for them who knows.

Been going here for several years now and the food and service is always excellent. The nigiri doesn't skip on portions and always taste excellent. I do wish they had more traditional sushi rolls.

Had yet to try this place out till a friend of mine asked to meet here. She ordered me a drink on my drive so as soon as I sat down I had a Tea Garden Cooler. I am more of a sake bomb kinda gal, but this was a nice surprise. It was refreshing and not too strong. Some gin, basil and cucumber with a lime finish. We ordered Ninja Spicy Edamame and stuffed mushrooms to kick it off. She ordered the Junior Sashimi Plate that came with a ton of assorted sashimi that was super fresh and beautiful all at the same time. I kept it classy with some cooked rolls. Tried the beef lover cause I never had beef in a roll before. It was amazing. They added asparagus and creamy white sauce and teriyaki with some green onion. I also ordered the Skeeter roll with deep fried crab and avocado sauce and the Spicy Crunchy that left me in a food coma. This place was great. Didn't have enough room for the dessert, but plan to go back to try the Mochi soon. Solid 5 stars here.

Echoing a lot of the recent feedback. First, they were out of four different items we ordered. Second, we had 10 people and 20 minutes passed between the time the first entree was delivered to the table and the last. Third, we had to ask for certain things like drinks multiple times. Fourth, the seafood from the stir fry was way overcooked.

The place is fantastic and spacious, the meals was delightful and the rates were very inexpensive. quick, productive service and very amiable staff members. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Used to come here often so decided to have party there for 27 people. Food still good but service was awful!!!! Everything was served late and not at the same time so half of my guests had to wait for 15- 20 min to get their food when rest already eating, considering the fact that majority of plates were already preordered!!! Very disappointed, for the money I paid, could have a better service !

Well, after an experience last Sunday, 3/1/2020 I sent the following email to Ninja Sushi. Today is 3/6/2020 and no response: We just left your restaurant this afternoon after some of the worst customer service ever. We were there after your lunchtime crowd and well before your dinner crowd. We thought we would try your restaurant, we had been a few times a few years ago and it was good and we don't remember bad customer service. My husband and I with our two dogs were seated on the patio, there was also a couple with a small child on the patio. The inside of your restaurant was not very busy either. We came to your restaurant because you have a patio and Mikuni does not, so that we could easily have our dogs with us. The young guy that seated us was very pleasant and brought water out promptly. Then, we waited quite a while and our server brought out the miso soup. She did not ask us if we wanted to order anything at that time. It was a good 10-15 minutes before she came back to ask if we wanted to order anything. We ordered drinks, I order the Kung Fu Girl Riesling and my husband ordered the Space Dust IPA. She brought out my husband's beer and informed me that you were out of the wine that I ordered. She did suggest a different Riesling, and she then brought it out a short while later, at that time we tried to place our order. I had questions about special accommodations for your rolls. I really wanted to try some of your baked rolls and some others, they sounded really good. I don't eat rice and most sushi restaurants are willing to make rolls without rice. I received a very quick "no, I don't think so". Which to me that sounded like she wasn't sure, so I asked her to please find out. She came back with a hard no, said the sushi chef was new and can't do anything like that. I find it odd that your restaurant is not willing to accommodate that request with any rolls. Most of the sushi restaurants are very willing to try and accommodate. We frequent Mikuni and they are very accommodating with regards to my dietary restrictions. I have had gastric bypass surgery and because of that I am not able to eat rice. So, we ordered a few appetizers. We ordered the BBQ Albacore and the Ahi Fry to try. We also ordered the Ninja Sashimi plate. We would have ordered a few rolls as well if my dietary restrictions could have been accommodated. Some time went by, my husband would have definitely ordered another beer, but were not checked on. By this time, we were your only customers on the patio. We received the Sashimi plate and nothing else. We were almost done with the Sashimi plate when she came out to tell us that you were out of Ahi. A few minutes prior to that I had mentioned to my husband that I thought it odd that we had received the Sashimi plate and not the appetizers that we ordered. Your server that waited on us was not pleasant at all. We were made to feel like we were a total inconvenience to her. Her lack off attentiveness and overall lack of personality was very offputting. I asked to speak to the manager and Chastity came out to talk to us. She was very pleasant and apologized and that she had also heard our server be snippy inside and would address it. I did not ask to speak with the Manager to get a discount, I was just unhappy with the service provided and felt that management should be aware. The food that we had was very good, absolutely no complaints about what we were able to get, even though it wasn't enough to satisfy our hunger. We left your establishment hungry. Chastity insisted on some kind of compensation, which was a nice gesture. Although, I honestly was a little offended by the discount on the check when she brought it back out. I would have thought maybe one of the drinks would have been covered as a nice gesture for the service that was provided, or lack of service. Cold miso and we returned it came out again and still cold miso!! no water for 15 minutes no exception!! Never again that really sucks this place had wonderful food about a year again!!
