Not usually the type to do this but we ordered online, when we arrived all the doors were locked then my husband was let in side, where he waited for 30 mins for our on line order. Everyone was being told it was an hour wait we understood it was busy, after waiting a few more mins we decided we just wanted a refund , when waiting in line for a refund the cashier had what seemed to be friends ordering she then turned to her coworker who was doing majority of the work and asked to get them their food under the hour wait while he said no and that the wait for everyone is an hour even if you know them.Once at the counter I asked for my refund and the nice man preparing the food offered to make mine as I’m sure my frustration was noticeable but I opted for my refund due to the cashiers actions.

After three online order mishaps where the wrong order was sent, I went to pick up bagels today and a sign was taped to the door saying "sold out of all bagels"I do not recommend going or ordering from this store.

I hate leaving reviews but I ordered a cookie and it was as hard as a rock. Typically they are good If I had my grandma take a bite of the cookie she might’ve lost her teeth it was so hard. No way it was fresh it was probably sitting for 2-3 days.

This place sucks! I have lived in the area for over a year and this is my sixth visit and the sixth time I am extremely disappointed with my entire experience. They never have enough of any variety of bagels in stock, service delivery is always 20-30 minutes and a lack of care in food preparation is clearly evident. Today at 10:50 AM they only had jalapeño cheese and four sesame bagels available. As you can see, I’m done…

The restrooms were so gross. I walked into one and the toilet was filthy, with open toilet paper rolls, one in the floor, paper towels and a cleaning bottle on the floor. It was only about 8:30 am. The cashier with the braids gave off an attitude as if doing her job was so mundane. Nobody seemed to be enjoying their job at all. The atmosphere overall was quite depressing.Had to go back in because they forgot the egg in my bagel. It was a girl with multicolor blue hair, she was very nice and got it remade for me. When I explained that my bagel was missing an egg a girl with the braids kind of giggled, not sure what that was about

Got two "Chorizo Avocado Sunrise Egg" Bagels, non of them had avocado. Good luck trying to get some one who picks up the phone.

Terrible! I drive all the way here and they have one bagel for sale! It's 1:15 pm and they don't close until 2 pm! I'd call that poor planning. I was looking for a dozen with a shmear. Definitely will skip this place in the future.

Noah’s bagels has great bagels! However, the customer service at this particular location is not all that great. The person at the front counter is the face of the business when somebody walks through the door. When I came in the person at the front counter, begin talking to the person behind me, and really didn’t say anything to me other than ask me what bagels I wanted. it made me a little uncomfortable and made me feel rushed. This seems to happen every time I go into this particular location. Usually it’s the same person…. Customer service could definitely improve
