I am going to speak with the manager tomorrow morning about an employee who was aggressive, rude, inappropriate, and insistent with me this afternoon as I was working on my computer at the tables in front of the Nordstrom cafe. Below I have included a photograph of the Nordstrom Cafe area where the coffee condiments are kept, it looks this way consistently. I refuse to deal with disrespectful employees when the common area is so consistently disgusting.

Gosh the people here are nice. The coffee used to be good. We got a pot of French press and it was made so wrong. The proportions are 2 tablespoons ground coffee per 6 oz water. I honestly think they used a couple teaspoons per 16 oz. Tasted like hot water. So terrible and disappointing. Also, let's bring back for her cups!

This place is fantastic, especially when the wife is busy trying on shoes and dresses. The coffee is good and they offer a decent selection of food. The staff is generally pleasant and the drinks come out in a timely manner. The baked goody and other snacks hit the spot when you need something to hold you over before lunch.

Let me start by saying, Lisa is everything! Some years ago, I curbed my coffee shop enthusiasm and started brewing at home. To be committed and reduce waste, I wanted a reusable cup. I started purchasing the Nordstrom 20oz hot cups. They are perfect for me! Makes me feel like I bought a cup of coffee while saving $ and the environment. Between the pandemic and my kids becoming daily smoothie connoisseurs and my hubby getting into home brewing as well, my collection depleted. I started looking for replacements around the Bay Area and going NOTHING! I decided to call around to other locations and low and behold Roseville Nordstrom Ebar. Lisa went out of her way to find the cups and send them to me. Before hanging up the first time, she took my info and ensured me she would do her best to find them without any promises. 3 hours later, Lisa called after scouring the stock room. She found the cups and mailed them to me! All 34 of them! I am grateful because people don't have to be nice and they certainly don't have to go out of their way but she did. My cups arrived 2 days later. This behavior is what makes people brand loyal. A product is only as good as the person who represents it. Lisa, thank you! Not only did you make my day, but you also modeled amazing customer service for those around you!

This is my go to coffee place at the mall! The staff is so friendly and attentive. The barista at the register, Alyssa, helped me and was so patient and kind. She has amazing customer service, and you can tell she truly cares about the work and the customers. The second time I came, Alyssa made me my latte, and honestly it was one of the best I ever have had. Kudos to the staff!! I will be recommending and coming again!

The blended mocha is really good. I should have stuck to that but instead I tried the peanut butter and protein (PB&P) smoothie with regular milk instead of the almond milk. All I could really taste was the banana with a faint hint of PB. Since I ordered a large I believe they used an entire banana for it. I also could not taste any of the dark chocolate. I will still rate them highly because my wife's blended mocha was excellent and my kids enjoyed their smoothies.

I love grabbing a quick coffee and snacks from the ebar anytime I'm shopping at the galleria. All of the employees are smiling and always working hard. I love the variety of drinks and their açaí bowl is wonderful!

I was there this weekend and got a bagel and drink and the older lady with dark brown hair used her hands to grab my bagel after touching cash. I felt uncomfortable saying something and it was only $3 for the bagel so not a huge loss. But as I was waiting I asked the barista who was making my drink what all was in it and she said "I don't know I'm new". Still don't know what all was in it but didn't taste good. Threw everything away and went to Peet's.

The new manager ALWAYS for gets about my food, pastries, and sometimes my coffee! And if she's the one making drinks they don't taste right. I waited 30 minutes the other day for avocado toast and it wasn't busy. One of the baristas saw that I had been waiting a while and had it out to me so fast and was so sweet. Over the years I used to enjoy coming here before work and seeing my favorite morning crew and used to joke about going to the dreaded "S" word for my coffee. Unfortunately when I can I'll be going elsewhere on my way to work.

I understand ever since the start of covid, business have been struggling, customers haven't been patient with workers, and everybody has been absolutely stressed and understaffed. It's a hard world right now. The covid guidelines have been intense and everyone has been doing their part to meet them. I love this coffee bar, the manager, and employees. They have done a phenomenal job on their cleanliness, speed of service, customer service, product quality etc. This is what I'm used to when I come here for my coffee and bagel. So imagine my surprise when I came in and Debra taking my cash with her gloved hands. Can you see where I'm going with this? And not switching out her gloves or washing her hands before reaching in and grabbing my bagel. She didn't even use the tongs that were provided. Even before covid, that would have been repulsive. The amount of bacteria , germs etc on money is astounding. We are in the middle of a pandemic and she's not following guidelines. Even if I used my card to pay, she touched the register and so many other things. It's food 101 to change out your gloves and wash your hands before handling food if you've touched anything else. What gets to me though, is the tongs were right there. Right there and she didn't even use them. Children, elderly, and people with weak immune systems can be hospitalized and killed with things like that. I work in the food industry and I can forgive a lot of things but I can't forgive that. I hope immediate action will be taken or the store implements training on the importance of hand washing/ glove changing procedures. For the safety of myself and other customers. I did three stars because normally I have a good experience when I come here, even on the busy days . If I see her again, I'm turning around and walking out. Debra, if you're confused on hand washing procedures and nobody takes the time to train you on how to properly handle food and wash your hands, YouTube videos exist . Maybe look it up and apply what you learned before handling someone's food or drinks.

I would give this place no stars if I could. While I am a regular customer at Nordstroms, I usually get me a cold coffee while shopping. On this particular day Saturday 5/15/21 afternoon, I was shopping with my 4 year old and grandmother for my upcoming birthday trip. I decided to get a coffee while shopping so I went here to order my usual. My daughter asked for a cupcake so I gave her $20 bill to give to the cashier. The total came up to $5.04. My grandmother offered to get 4 pennies out. While getting the change, I guess maybe she was too slow so maybe the cashier got impatient or maybe she didn't hear us but She didn't take the change and resumed the transaction. My grandmother held her hand out to give her the change and I apologized if she didn't hear us. She then voids the transaction and takes the change into her register and then tossed our money across the counter. I was in such disbelief and my grandmother was in shock. I alerted the manager and he brushed it off as if it was not a big deal and apologized because they were busy as if that were an excuse. I have never been treated this bad in a customer service setting let alone anywhere!! My shopping experience after was somber because my feelings were hurt for the treatment that we just received. I will NEVER get coffee from this place ever again. The cashiers name was Ashley.

OMG I LITERALLY LOVE THEIR COFFEE. Everyone there is super nice! My recent visit I met Amanda, Jason, and Joseph. Everyone is always nice there and I get my coffee super quick. Honestly I just get my coffee here because they always make it the way I want it.
