I got the Oolong Milk Tea - 25% sweet. This is an ok boba place, tbh there’s better places boba places such as T4. but if it’s convenient to go here, I recommend getting 25% sweet to 0% bc the boba has a thick layer of brown sugar, more that other places.

Worst customer service experience I've had at this place. We were given the wrong drink and we ordered 2 and they didn't make our second drink till we told them we ordered 2 drinks. The employees didn't seem to care whether they made the drinks correctly or not. Our drinks didn't have the seal on it so we couldn't even mix the drinks. Won't be coming back.

Recently visited when I was roaming the mall, and wanted a refreshment. I went on a weekday afternoon, and wasn't busy. I ordered their green Tea with foam and honey boba. I was looking forward to this drink, but slightly disappointed. I asked for their recommendation, and they told me that the honey boba was less sweet. It was, but I also requested my drink for less sweetness--so when I received it I was like drinking tea and water lol. The cream on top was chunky. I'm glad I didn't get sick.

Got some boba brown sugar milktea yesterday, I had to throw it out, the guy literally scraped the bottom of the pan of boba and put in the cup for my drink, it was burnt (why cant they just give me a fresh one?) When afterwards they made my drink they put the new batch of boba out. The drink was nasty boba was burnt and ruined the drink, what a waste of money. Not only that but handed me the drink that was leaking everywhere the plastic cover wasnt sealed properly.

I got the taro milk tea with brown sugar boba. I was greatly disappointed. I took a couple sips, then quickly threw it away. It was gross and tasted like chocolate milk. The girl at the cash register also acted as if all her customers were an inconvenience to her scrolling on her iPhone.
I ordered a Thai Milk Tea and it was very delicious. A very generous young man offered outstanding customer service. The environment was very clean as well. If you are looking for great customer service, his name was Jay if I remembered correctly. Will return for more YUMMY boba!

I got the crème brûlée milk tea boba, they had run out of the tapioca pearls but had taro pearls. I had never had them before, but they were surprisingly tasty. No customer service at all, but was a good drink. The crème brûlée seemed like a cheap burnt film on top in comparison to other places I've had, but still a good boba. The picture I included is the Large size

I got the pomelo mango sago and it sucked. Much like previous reviews have mentioned, it's very much so just watered down milk with barely any fruity flavor. Workers also looked like they dreaded working there which I can't blame them, but was pretty uncomfortable getting a death stare while deciding what flavor to order lol
