I like going inside, instead of the drive thru, here because the food is displayed well and there are a lot of yummy options to choose from. The staff is friendly, fast and helpful.Parking: Plenty of parking on side and a few spots in front. Order-ahead curbside delivery spots are reserved in front.

Twice now, we put in an online order for pick up. We paid $3.75 more for Honey Walnut Shrimp, only to get home and see between 1/5 or 1/4 of the box missing food. We paid more... and received less than a regular portion. We reached out to the customer service and they did not respond after repeated attempts at communication. They are stealing plain and simple. When we gave them money for a full product that full product should now be legally ours, yet they continue to steal portions from my food.

Door dash a plate and a big drink. Soda has no syrup and called panda to let them know. No apology whatsoever, drove back to get my own drink and still no apology was given for the inconvenience.

Yulius rang up my food, I saw my total go from 22 to 27. I asked him if that was correct and he said yes. I got my receipt and he added a “panda cares donation” which was $5. Wouldn’t refund it on my debit card but only gave me cash. Definitely sus af make sure to check your receipts. He knew what he was doing.

So, I got the new chili shrimp with steam rice in a bowl. Unfortunately I only got 6 shrimp. I would expect at least a dozen. After eating 6 shrimp I have half a bowl of rice left, I guess I have to eat it by itself. If Panda is gonna put that limit, they should tell you that.
