Panera Bread has been one of my go-to spots for coffee and combo Bacon Avocado Melt with tomato soup. The staff are always pleasant and feel welcome. There are so many people here that are so friendly and respectful, including staff.Paul's customer service was on point and captured my attention. Paul is an example of having a job and enjoying it by delivering superior customer service, which is a blessing in itself. Paul did that. Excellent job Paul.

I order the Brocolli cheese soup once a week and have it delivered. Today, the baguette was hard and overcooked and the soup very salty. I don't know if I will order it again.

I have been coming to not only this location but to other Paneras to eat and study ALL the time. And I would ofcourse order my self food and coffee while I study for about 1-2 hrs. This was the first time I have been told “ are you done here?” Assuming it was my plate. Then came along “I know this is your business but this is my business” in other ways telling me I needed to leave. Had the nerve to tell me to leave but did not tell the lady infront of me who came 10 minutes just after me and was also working papers just as me.Never will I give this Douglas Panera business.

I ordered through the kiosk. I got the text my food was ready and NO ONE CALLED MY ORDER! I had to go up and ask someone about my order. He gave it to me. A Greek yogurt, without a spoon. Is it my color? Everyone else was served just fine!!!!! This happened just now!!!! 1/26/24 8:15

Absolutely awful. As the picture shows, they gave us canned Progresso chicken noodle soup in the group soup and not the usual Panera soup. Plus they were out of bread, so they gave us apples. How does that even happen? Honestly asking.

Prices have gotten way out of control!! Stopped by for lunch for the first time in awhile. I ordered "You pick 2". I got half a salad & have a sandwich & a small soda. It was $21.63!! Then they have the audacity to ask you for a tip before proceeding to pick up your food from the counter, get your own soda, bus your own table & obtain your own to go boxes & supplies at the counter before leaving. Nah I'm good.
