The customer service at this location is consistently horrible. Whether it’s a drive thru order or walk in, they are always rude. I was in the drive thru today and they had us waiting for several minutes just to finally greet us at 6:00pm on the dot to tell us they can’t take our order. Lmao. The convenience of this drive thru location is not worth dealing with their rudeness.

We are just leaving Pete’s coffee after waiting in line for 20 minutes in the drive-through just got up to the front for them to tell us that they don’t have the brown sugar for the drink. Not to mention when we were trying to order the girl would not listen. We had to keep on repeating everything over several times literally like six times! Worst Customer Service ever. Slow, does not pay attention, and someone could’ve walked out and told us that they ran out of the syrup and for us to pick another drink Todays date is 11/18/23. And the employee or employees need to be talk to regarding Customer Service. A really bad start to our day. Left with nothing
