My family enjoys coming here regularly but today the service was the worst we have ever experienced. The girl building the pizza absolutely refused to make it the way we asked, all of the employees had a bad attitude and then when Jana brought it to the table she practically threw them at us. If this was my staff I would be doing some housekeeping.

I love Pieology but when I walked into this location to see a sanitizer bucket sitting right next to the veggies I walked out. I've worked in restaurants and you do NOT store chemicals in food prep areas.

J'anna is an awesome associate. This location has salads on their menu and they're absolutely amazing!Parking: This shopping center was booming for a private bday party at another restaurant so, nearby parking was hard to find. Also, this was also during peak holiday shopping. It didn't really matter because I have already been back to this Pieology twice since then. It is THAT delicious!Kid-friendliness: The dining room is huge with plenty of seating for families with children. My 9yo appreciated that they have 2 TV's.

Came on a Friday night. Place was mostly empty. The place was a bit dirty. Staff were too busy making online orders. Took a very long time to make our pizza. Bathrooms were not clean, no paper towels. You have to pay for ranch. The price has gone up considerably the last few years. Would not recommend this location.

I went to piology and the customer service was incredible! the employee fen was very helpful and kind. he helped me through my order since I wasn't sure what i wanted, he was very patient and I hope he gets a raise, it was a very positive experience.

I love pieology bc they have a cauliflower crust. That is the main reason I go here. Apart from that I would surely go somewhere else.. but I eat mainly low carb so it's just best I go here. I love the pizza but y'all .... Please get some more attentive pizza makers. The person making my pizza literally tried to give me a broken pizza crust... I politely asked for a new one(should not have to do that... it's common sense) and it was like I had to keep asking for more of the toppings I wanted. Over and over again... if I say "extra spinach" why are you only putting 4 or 5 pieces on?? I should've gotten her name but I was honestly so irritated. I just moved out here from Elk Grove & Elk Grove pieology locations are always so good maybe it was just this specific person idk but she rubbed me entirely the wrong way. Then I ask for a Caesar side salad and it had sun dried tomatoes all over it???? HUH how tf does that to a Caesar salad???? On top of that there was the end of a stalk in there... & just cheese... the cashier was really nice which is the reason I am giving 3 stars. Even gave me an extra ranch when I said I wanted to pay for another but had already tapped my phone to pay. But the lady at the beginning of the pipeline needs to go back to training. I was so aggravated with herrrrrr UPDATE- tell me why I drove 20 min home only to find out they GAVE ME THE WRONG PIZZA so I had to drive 20 min back to get it!!! Ugh! They gave me a free salad but like come tf on!!! Who wants to end their evening like that????? Ughhhhh The lady that brought out the pizza was very nice! I mean a fresh one would've been better but I have an air fryer so it was okay.

Meh, this is their “double” pepperoni. More like half pepperoni… the pic on their website you could barely see the cheese because it was covered in pep. special crust was pretty bomb tho so still gave 3 stars.

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is always great and the employees are so knowledgable. I consistently have a pleasant experience when i come here for pizza. The atmosphere is family friendly and positive i would definitely recommend coming here!

First time at Pieology and it was super good. Liked the flavor a bit more than MOD. Tried their veggie meat topping, liked it a lot.Vegetarian options: I’m vegetarian and there were tons of options. They even had two different veggie meats and vegan cheese!
