The manager needs to talk to their staff about their attitudes. Especially the hostess.Update 4 years later: Some improvement in the staff. But I'm getting pretty sick of waiting half an hour for just fries... Not to mention their ridiculous policy about their fries. Everyone at our table ordered a dish with fries. But they will only bring out 2 baskets before the food... TWO baskets for NINE people... and of course, it took 30 minutes to get them, and another 30 minutes to get the food...

We were there at 2 in the afternoon and it took 10 minutes to get menues. There were less than 20 other guests. After ordering, food took even longer. Love the food and atmosphere. Service is usually a lot better at normal meal times.
Lunch was fantastic I'm a WLS girl and I share a plate with a friend and they split the plate so nicely my husbands Burger was perfect.Vegetarian options: They haven't meatless burger. They have plenty of vegetable choices. Can't wait to try their new brussel sprouts! Yummy!...
