Customer service is definitely not a concern at this location. All of the employees don't acknowledge you when you come to the register, that's when you say hello to the customer, lol. Unless I say something first, the only thing the employee at the register says is the total. I realize most of the employees at this particular location are on the spectrum but they should still be taught some kind of customer service.

I went to this location because unfortunately i lost a gift card that was gifted to me probably accidentally thrown in the bin with the boxes and the wrappers, this was before 8PM on 12/28/2023 when i came and no one is in customer service so they called somebody to help me and 2 of them came out from the office who did not help me at all and did nothing to help me. I have the receipt of purchase with me and i also have the gift receipt and these people did not do anything, nothing at all did not even looked at the receipt just said if its lost they cant do anything about it, did not even try to be honest so there is really no point of customer service in this store if you ask me.

I ordered a cake for my moms birthday and picked it up today, it looks like a five year old decorated it. The service was good and the employees were nice and it was done on time but I wish someone would have told me they didn't have a decorator in to do the job. I would have purchased a pre decorated cake instead. There was another cake like this in the display with the balloons, these balloons do not look like the display ones did and the writing is just not what we wanted.

I went to the butcher counter to purchase some steaks, shrimp and chicken breasts and waited there for approx 7 minutes for service. There was nobody around the meat and poultry section nor the aisles in the vicinity, no bell, no buzzer, etc. so I went through the double doors to stock area to maybe try to flag somebody down. Well the butcher came back there and was extremely rude , unprofessional and raising his voice to me that I need to leave now and I can't be back there. I said I was just trying to flag someone and he interrupted me again with a lot of aggression in his voice that he was helping another customer. It escalated from there with some back and forth since I felt totally disrespected as a regular customer. I then paid for all my other groceries, minus the big ticket meat items and asked to have a chat with the manager. That chat went very well and she recognized me and she stated that she will speak to the employee and his supervisor. I shop at this Safeway all the time and never had an issue for the 8+ years living in Roseville.
Standing here in line for 25 minutes now while the two people in bakery skitter around like they are busy. What a $&cking joke of a department this is. Try to take care of the walk-up customers you dimwits. What a joke

Why can't I find their Fuel Station here on Yelp? I wanted to comment that it's one of the less expensive and cleanest stations in the area, and the staff is great too! 1205 Cirby Way, Roseville, CA.

We were in the area and needed a few groceries. There was plenty of parking and wasn't busy for around 5pm.The store was clean and well stocked. The seafood selection was good and the prices were reasonable.We needed stuff for a salad and we were able to find everything.Checkout was easy and there were no lines. They had just opened their gas station recently and had good prices.

Only two check stands open on a holiday weekend. Lines down the isles. The checker asks for additional checkers and the manager comes and tells people to use self check out which also has a huge line.
