I love this place, every time I visit I always try a new flavor since all the flavors are so unique. It may sound weird but my absolute favorite flavor is the olive oil. Just recently I tried their new cereal flavors and my favorite one was the coconut pandan, it wasn't very sweet and the coconut flavor was prominent and not artificial. It is darn difficult to find ice cream shops offering vegan options. So when I was in the Fountains shopping center in Roseville, I made a point to check out Salt & Straw. They commonly have vegan options on the menu. But I’m picky on the taste. So I was super glad that Salt & Straw allows sampling before purchase. I love salt n straw! I've been to several locations. This one is great, I love trying all their flavors. There's always a line but it's inside and fast moving. Tons of space inside. 10 out of 10 recommend.
