Definitely worth the wait!! OMG I love the Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich, the chicken is cooked in this light and fluffy batter and is so juicy, I wish there was one of these restaurants outside of the Mall so you didnt have to go to the Mall to enjoy a nice meal. But definitely ? worth the wait!

Love Shake Shack! Not only is the burger good and always tastes good and delicious but the chicken sandwich is just as tasty, lightly breaded and moist and crunchy! This particular branch has one of the best service I've experienced, there is always someone who is making sure the line moves quickly and chats with the customer to make sure all is well. The place is busy and bustling and the customers do not mind standing in a long line to get their Shake Shack burger and fries and chicken sandwich and shakes of course! My favorite? It's the plant based chocolate milkshake which satisfies my craving as it is dairy free! This particular branch is a must try as the management is excellent!!!

Shake Shack will blow you away. You think you’ve had tasty burgers. And then you eat at Shake Shack and realize there’s a new high bar for others to be measured against.The team at the Roseville Galleria location is top notch. Super friendly and professional. It’s actually pretty cool to just watch them do their thing. It’s obvious that Shake Shack is a pretty amazing company when you see a team working hard and providing such great service.I’m still full from the burger & shake in just ate and already can’t wait until next time….

Place is my favorite as far as taste and service. I deleted their app (at least for now) as I’m trying to eat more healthy and get off fast food apps, but as far as fast food goes they beat beat their competition handily. I love that they add new food on their menu and their menu is quite a bit different than most fast food. I’ve always got a very friendly smile from the servers and they serve pretty quick. The only downside is that it is the mall, so it takes a little while to get to their food if you aren’t otherwise planning on going to the mall.

$20 for this???!!! Smallest burger ever. Should be called hippie burgers. No meals, each time separate. Just wait until you try to order.... Complicated And you have to ask for ketchup And you have to ask for napkins And they want a tip!! A tip for calling my name out at a level only a Doberman can hear? For $20 the wife and I can eat a real burger meal at Carl's Jr.

It's in the mall, loud, crowded. It seemed overpriced for what you get. We had coupons for $7 off and honestly I felt that should be the regular price. Non mall shops might be more reasonable but that's where we were. I would not go back there as there are other places within the mall that I feel have more value for the dollar.
