Went here a couple of days ago for the first time. I walked in and was so happy looking at all the squishmallows. A woman employer walked in right ahead of me, and while I'm looking at the squishmallows and talking to another employee, she walks out talking to him. They start whispering, and he's moving his hands around talking about me. I asked him why they were talking about me. He said no, she just asked if you wanted a squishmallow. We'll if that's the case, then you would have/should have just said it out loud. Made me feel really uneasy. I ended up buying two cupcakes in which I had asked the guy which one he recommended. The cupcakes were not worth the price. The cherry/vanilla had no taste of cherry/ vanilla. I will never return to this establishment.

I I am a cupcake connoisseur & this is by far my favorite spot. The wedding cake cupcake is to DIE FOR. Literally die. So good. Burry me with a box of four please ! No matter what day I come or time of the day , the cupcakes are so moist!!!! I love this place. If this place ever goes out of business I'll be devastated. Thank you small cakes for your service.

These are quite literally the best cupcakes i’ve ever had! Extremely light and fluffy, a little too my frosting for my personal preference (I like very, very little frosting) BUT the flavor profile of the cakes will keep me coming back. I had gotten the raspberry vanilla and the birthday vanilla, both deliciously moist, light with a tight crumb! Not sure if I met the owner or not when I had came in but customer service is also top tier!!!

Unsure how other people gave this place such a good rating. I wouldn't have minded the price I paid had the cupcakes actually been decent. The cake portion was ok. They were moist, but the ones that were suppose to have filling had the smallest amount that it was nearly unnoticeable. The frosting was the most disappointing part in my opinion. Tasted almost like frosting from a grocery store bakery. Just bad. For the price it was definitely not worth it. Will not be returning, will instead go back to Icing On The Cupcake instead as they are volumes better.

Phenomenal cupcakes! I love the variety of flavors! My husband and I got Champagne with fudge icing and the almond one and we were overwhelmed in the best ways by how delicious these were.

Smallcakes is the only place that consistently has moist, flavorful cupcakes in every flavor imaginable! They place a generous amount of frosting on each cupcake! I've purchased cupcakes elsewhere in Roseville, Ca and I always return to Smallcakes because other competitors have dry cupcakes.... Now I ONLY PURCHASE FROM SMALLCAKES ON PLEASANT GROVE BLVD for all of our family celebrations and just for a treat!
All the cupcakes I had in my life were dry I got the Churro cupcake from here so good !! I really recommend coming to this place I will be back !!!!

The cupcakes were good, some were a little TOO sweet for me. But they were moist and flavorful. The price point is high, so I won't be coming often. I wish they had more of a discount for 1/2 a dozen or dozen.
The cupcakes are pretty, but they do not taste gourmet. The cake tastes like it's from a box and the frosting tastes like it's store bought. The cupcakes have an artificial taste that I did not enjoy. The employee at the counter was not friendly. I will not be returning.

I have been a fan of small cakes for forever. They do have yummy cupcakes. But this last time in we brought excited little kids to pick out cupcakes and admire the squishmallows. Sadly the cashier snapped at the kids and said not to touch the squishmallows which are literally each packaged in a plastic case and protected and low for kids to admire. We were trying to pick out cupcakes and enjoy but he took all the fun out of it and was rude. Sadly I won't be back. Squishmallows and cupcakes will attract children which they should be grateful for. Don't push them away and talk rude to them. Disappointed.

Best doughnuts in Roseville, but Trip Advisor has the hours wrong. They open at 5am, not 4:30 The owner/operator, Mary, is always there. I think she does everything herself. She’s a sweet lady and is always in a good mood.

Wow! I am so happy I went here for birthday cupcakes. I ordered 6 to go: peanut butter chocolate, choco holic, chocolate decadence, vanilla birthday, cherry vanilla, and the chocolate hoho one. Very fair price at $27. The cake was moist, not super sweet with great consistency. The frosting was perfect! We ended up cutting up each one and sharing, all 9 of us agreed they were great. I'll be back again! Oh, and the service was awesome too!
