This location appears to be closed. It's not pulling up on the Smashburger website anymore. I called, there was no answer. I went by at 6:30 pm and it was closed and dark with a padlock on the door.

Was out running errands this weekend and wanted to grab something to eat where the wait wouldn't be long. Mistook this place for Habit Burger because of the colors, glad I made that mistake. Smashburger is now my favorite go to place for a Gourmet hamburger! Got the double stack back burger with smash style French fries. Took about 15 minutes to get the food as someone online places a huge order previously, no biggie they were apologetic. When that burger arrived I tore into it! The bacon was crispy not chewy and the patties weren't greasy at all. I will for sure be back and tell all my friends and family about the amazing burgers they make.

I love smashburger but this location is the literal worst. Waited 45 mins for a burger and fries? It wasn't busy. Always dirty. Over this location. Surprised they are still in business.

Horrible service. Smash burger used to be good, had good employees. Now, especially with this pandemic, businesses should have extra good service in order to survive. Unfortunately at this location, the employees could care less about the business. Very unhelpful, horrible attitude. Simply because of that, am not planning to be back. Food was ok, but fries served cold.Spent $45 on food that was cold, got attitude from the employees when asked for some hot fries (fries were cold), got attitude when asking for sauce. Sat in the patio, never saw anyone come to wipe down tables the whole time we were there. They were not busy - someone could've done that after each party left. Also, some guys behind us swearing the whole time we were there with kids. Expected better from a Roseville location but looks like it's not a family friendly location. Employees bringing out food never asked the other party to keep their voices down or to watch their language. Done with this place...

Always like their food but their employees have gotten worse and worse every time we go. Used to have great employees that were friendly a couple years ago. Tonight we get there at half hour til they close. Took a few minutes for the kid to come out and notice us. He grumbles when he sees us and yells if the grills are still on. Then he's pissy the rest of the time. Ask if patio is still open and he barely mumbles yes as he walks away and flops and lays down on the booth seat. We go out to patio to find a table and every single one of them is dirty and disgusting. He flops our food on our table and not a word when we say thank you. Fries were cold and old and burger literally had a patty and bbq sauce. No bacon or onion straws. Fail.

Understaffed over cook burgers no sauce given they give you a tiny amount of french fries that you pay for long line long wait done with Smashburger order is wrong nothing to like about this place anymore.

Overall I did not have the best experience at this Smashburger. I dined in and it took 35 minutes to receive my order. It would have been nice if before ordering to be given a heads up that there was a long wait.While waiting for my food I observed some things that didn't sit well with me. One of the cooks came out of the kitchen with his mask hanging from his ear talking to the cashier. Another worker didn't have his mask covering his nose. One of the workers that was getting the orders out of the kitchen seemed very overwhelmed and frustrated with her coworkers. A few times I overheard her raising her voice at them asking them to complete tasks. The only positive was the food still tasted good. Unfortunately my fries weren't ready at the time my burger was so I had to wait a while after I finished my burger to receive them. Prior to the pandemic I came to this location often and never had any issues. I'm hoping the experience improves and gets back to how it used to be. It will probably be quite a while before I go back to give them another shot.

It was good . The burgers were big and tasty . For my friends on keto this is a perfect spot ! Enjoy a large selection.

Consistently slow and make mistakes. A worker just let his friend come in without a mask, cut in front of people, and gave him free drinks. I'm done with this place. It's too bad because the food is good.

Every time I pickup and order from this location I wait at least 20 minutes longer than they quote me. I am sick of it so I am leaving a review. I am currently waiting on a order that they said would be ready in 5 minutes and it's now been 22 minutes and still waiting. There is literally one other person here in the restaurant and not one person has shown up since I have been here. That is ridiculous and being lied to for a wait time that is over 5 times longer than what I was told when I showed up is horrible customer service.

I love the restaurant chain, the burgers and fries are some of the best. If you don't mind waiting 20 minutes for the employees to put 1 burger and 1 order of fries together and then eat your food cold, then come on down to the Roseville location!

First time coming here. Ordered two burgers, and two fries, it seems simple enough, but they managed to mess up the entire order except for one order of large fries. First they forgot one order of fries, which after we told them that they brought us. We got home to find out both burgers were messed up. One burger had lettuce and onions (which we asked to leave out), and the other burger which was supposed to only have sauces, cheese, and bacon but they put everything on EXCEPT the bacon. ‍

The service at this place has gone downhill! I waited for over 15 min for a lukewarm fries. Workers acted nonchalant, please train your workers to be more attentive. Without customers you will not have business. We used to have smash 1-2 x a week, now we go once every few months. Taking my business elsewhere if service doesn't improve.

They were enforcing mask rules before the rules even existed. How rude and inconvenient, i bought food and paid for it, while waiting for it, they tell me i need a mask. What? So why didnt you say so before i ordered? I would have promply left and never came back. You lost a customer for life, permanently.
