Food was ok but servers that worked on October 30th around 6pm. 2 men and 1 woman gave poor service. Definitely won't be returning to this location and maybe even this business. Typically like this food, but it's not worth the service. Hope service improves.

Food was alright but servers were rude to costumers and they don't let you use coupons! They charge way too much for a sandwich meal. Also my bread was burnt at the bottom overall not the best.

Awful staff, just the other day I experienced a man with a baseball cap yell at their fellow employees for forgetting to add a wrap on the bill. Felt very uncomfortable throughout my visit here. I could not enjoy my food.

Today was my first (and probably last) visit to Sourdough & Company. I ordered a Ruben sandwich and the cost was $8.99. I was completely shocked when I removed the sandwich from the bag. The entire sandwich was about 4 inches long. I've never had a sandwich that was that expensive and SOOO incredibly small. It was smaller than a kids meal sandwich. Had I known the size of the sandwich, I would have walked out and went to Beach Hut Deli. And the sandwich was mediocre.

I understand the need to work fast, because the sandwiches did come out quickly. But the lady at the register didn't wash her hands from walking back and fourth from touching the register to making the food. I worked at the shop once soon a time under a different owner. It was just a small thing, but still really gross.

I had the "Clam Chowder" sourdough bread bowl. Which is funny, because it didn't taste anything like clam chowder. It was the most bland potato soup I ever had AND the bread bowl wasn't sourdough at all. As I was waiting for my soup I saw them bring out big plastic bags of soup and cut them open and heat them up. It made me sick to my stomach. Save yourself some money and dissapointment. Go somewhere else.
