Sandwiches are tasty. When you order a sandwich online, the restaurant always makes it late, so you have to wait over 30 minutes for one sandwich.

First time at this Sourdough &Co but have been to others. I was craving their bread and my mom wanted a sandwich so I took my parents there for lunch today. It is in a little mall with parking our front. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. They have sandwiches, cold or toasted, salads, many soup choices, cookies, chips and drinks. The clam chowder with their sourdough bread looked really good. My mom and I both got one of their heated chicken sandwiches and we were very happy. My dad got a cold turkey sandwich and he said it was fine. That sourdough bun toasted is the bomb! I had the other have of my sandwich for dinner and want to go back already.

This is my go to sandwich shop. I don't know which sandwich I love more, the brisket or the chicken salad. Service is fast & friendly. The interior is light and clean. And they have a patio!

Good service at this place. Easy to order and delicious! The environment is darker color than most places which makes it more comfortable for me. Next time I'm in Roseville I'll come back.

Great sandwich on some really tasty bread. Very clean inside and the employees stayed busy cleaning up during the mid-afternoon lull.

Great French dip and I always buy a loaf of sour dough home. It can be heated up later in your oven and it is just like fresh out of the oven bread.

The Granite Bay - Roseville - location of Sourdough and Co. is the second location in the City of Roseville, and one of several dozen of stores located in California. The Granite Bay location is the newest store in Roseville and has quickly achieved a reputation as a go-to restaurant when you're in the mood for a fine sandwich. As you enter the restaurant, you'll notice the order counter, and the menu on the wall that lists the sandwiches, soup and salads the restaurant offers. The dining room is quite large, clean and very modern. The faux brick walls and the faux wood floor lend an "earthy" tone to the dining room, which add to the pleasant atmosphere. The dining room is sparsely furnished with only a few tables, as I assume the bulk of the orders are to-go, as many contemporary diners seem to prefer. The dining room is long, narrow but quite spacious, and the many windows add natural and attractive lighting. Wall decor is sparse, as there are only a few pictures and photos on the wall. From the "Sandwiches" section of the menu I went with an 8-inch "Pastrami" and "Bread Bowl" of Cream of Potato soup, which was one of today's "Soup of the Day." Such a delicious and filling meal! I ate the entire bread bowl of soup, but I ended up taking half the sandwich home with me for dinner.Cream of Potato soup was on the menu today, and I enjoyed this fine soup in a "Bread Bowl" of freshly baked sourdough bread, along with a small roll on the side. Clam Chowder soup is on the menu every day - it's one of my favorite soups - but since it was Thursday, Cream of Potato seemed to be an ideal choice of soup. When you order soup at Sourdough and Co., do yourself a favor, and go with the "Bread Bowl" as the freshly baked bread is simply divine. The bowl of bread started out with a roll about the size of a head of cabbage, kind of squashed flat on the ends and not perfectly round like a ball. Like all the sourdough bread served at the restaurant, the bowl was freshly baked to a perfect golden brown and offered a little "crunch" on the outside, yet was tender on the inside. All lovers of sourdough bread should take note, as this bread was simply delicious! The roll was hollowed out in the center to make a bowl for the soup, and the hollowed out portion was served on the side, along with a couple packages of butter. The soup was thick, rich with flavor and included lots of potatoes. It was delicious, but not particularly noteworthy by itself, but inside the sourdough bowl, combined with the amazing sourdough bread, it was simply delicious! The menu states soup is made in advance and heated in a soup warmer, which is alright by me, as the soup is great! From the "Sandwiches" section of the menu, I went with an 8-inch "Pastrami," with all everything on it. My choice of mustard was Dijon, and I chose pepperjack for my cheese. With the mustard, you choose between yellow or Dijon, and there are six varieties of cheese to choose from. All six cheeses are delicious, but today, pepperjack cheese won out.The sandwich began with an 8-inch, amazingly delicious sourdough roll, freshly baked in the restaurant's kitchen. Sourdough bread is what the restaurant is famous for, and this roll didn't disappoint, as it was fresh, sweet and sour, and soft on the inside and crusty on the outside, complete with grill marks! The freshly baked rolls at Sourdough and Co. are simply amazing, and the rolls alone make a trip to the restaurant a "foodie" experience. Pastrami was my choice of meat today, and my sandwich arrived with a generous helping of thinly-sliced pastrami, which made the bread even better. The pastrami was your typical premium deli meat, delicious but not particularly noteworthy. When it came to garnishes I requested everything, so I received their "House Spread" - similar to Thousand Island dressing - spread on both sides of the roll, lettuce, tomato and onion. As I mentioned earlier, my choice of mustard
