So incredibly rude. Ordered a drink and it was clearly not made right. I went to the window to politely ask if I could just get some of the syrup that I could tell was missing. If I pay for something and don’t enjoy it, that’s not okay. They ignored me at the window. They still had a few minutes before closing. They saw me and made eye contact and didn’t say anything. If you’re about to close then great , say that. You don’t just ignore someone. And when I went inside, they gave me so much attitude. I remained polite despite how badly I wanted to go off purely based on how RUDE they were. The girl still gave me attitude. After I got the syrup I requested, it tasted how it should’ve.

Usually the service is decent. However, this day a male servicer was denying that they had chocolate croissants, and I could actually see there were fresh ones in the bin. When I told him I could see the croissants, he seemed as though he didn’t want to get me one …like it was an imposition on his time. Maybe just a bad hair day. ?

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. The employees are very friendly and helpful when I’m ordering drinks or food. They’ve never messed up on my drink and the service time is great. Emma even recommended me some of my new favorite drinks. The inside is clean and comfortable to relax and do work in.

Today I went and told the person taking my order in the drive thru to surprise me with there favorite drink. I got to the window and Kayla was so sweet and said she made me a brown sugar shaken espresso but she adds white mocha and peppermint. She said if I didn't like it I could come in and they'd make me something else which was so sweet of her, but this drink is the BOMB. I was a tad nervous cause I've had the shaken espresso before and it's a bit too bitter for me. However this Kayla signature drink is the perfect not too sweet and not too bitter drink with a fun holiday twist! Everyone go order the Kayla classic haha

Got2 VT caramel Frappuccino ex caramelVT Dragon fruit drinkAnd 2 other drinks.I would like to know why the Frappuccinos are less then half of drink and the rest the whipped cream and why the dragon fruit drink looks like it has milk or something in it.I would like a call from the manager and a replacement with full refund.. this is unacceptable.

The 2 very special ladies that helped me today at the Pleasant Grove location deserve more than 5 stars! I forgot my wallet, and they were so sweet and compassionate to comp my drink. They would not take my promise to come back and insisted the drink was on them today. Thank you so much for me to have another reason to pay it forward.

Nothing against this location but went here and added money to the app. Starbucks took out double what I asked for bit only gave me the amount I requested. Upon calling their 800 number you get someone who barely speaks English and can't help. All they can do is tell you to wait four or five days for it to be corrected magically on its own. So beware they can take whatever they want and take their good ole time putting it back. This is assuming you remember to check your account five days later to be sure they credited you. If they don't you get the privilege of speaking to the helpless desk. Done using the app for this company.

The service is good, coffee is usually good, but it's a hit or miss. Some of the employees seem like they don't really care and kind of rush you through. Alot of times the drink doesn't taste right, like it's been sitting around for a while and has a burnt taste to it. Hunter, however, makes it the best. I've never had a bad drink when he's made mine. His is always delicious and consistent. Not sure what the others are doing differently but they definitely need to take some tips from him and learn how to make a real, delicious drink.
