On a normal day, this place is great and always gets my order right. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars from me is because of how I was treated today. I placed a pick up order, and they were out of the food item I wanted, no biggie, however I was ignored for a solid 10 minutes and never got an apology for them not having my food item. Since it was the most expensive food item on the menu, when I got something else I kind of expected a refund of the difference and I didn't. They then tried to hand my new food item out to another customer. It took nearly 20 minutes after I got there to get my order so I could leave. Absolutely ridiculous. However, since this has only been 1 bad experience out of the many, I do want to say it's probably more hectic in there today than it seems. If you have a similar experience, please be nice to the staff, could they handle things a little better, yes, but everyone has a bad day and that's okay

It may be the world’s biggest coffee chain, but this location operates pretty much like a local joint. It's close to home, just a short walk. The servers are friendly, and the place is usually crowded. I like to sit at the outdoor tables with my dog at my feet. Starbucks offer some good treats to go along with their fine coffee.

Quality tends to be consistent across the board when dining at Starbucks but wait times fluctuate wildly. From my experience this is the slowest Starbucks in town. Nice enough staff but I can't recall a time when my order has been ready when the app has said it would be. If you're ordering food with your drink they will likely be ready at very different times. Watched a few others today in the same boat where they received their food and 7-10 mins later got their drinks and Vice versa. Then it happened to me.

Barista didn't make my mobile order. After standing and waiting for 10 minutes, I had to verbally reorder everything and show I had paid. Also another customer spilled a mobile order coffee and the barista didn't clean it up for the longest time.

Cute fun coffee meet up with good friend. Was super busy and the new system of just putting down orders on the counter was bit confusing. Got our order and sat outside on chilly breezy sunny day lol.

This Starbucks is hit-and-miss. We went here two days in a row and the service was markedly different from day to day. The first day, service was sssslllloooooooooowwww. We made a mobile order 10 minutes ahead of the time we were to arrive. When we arrived, the drinks were not ready. It took another 10 minutes of waiting to get the drinks. 20 minutes total for the mobile drink order. Plus, it was not busy at all. Second day, we ordered drinks 15 minutes in advance of arrival. Drinks were ready when we arrived.

Was told 2 minute wait for a plain coffee with cream. Waited 10 minutes before flagging someone down only to see my coffee cup sitting empty by the coffee machine while 4 employees sat around chatting clearly ignoring my order. Felt pretty discriminatory to be honest.
