This store is pretty busy, but the staff is dedicated. I especially appreciate Lauren who works there, she always makes people feel welcomed, and makes the drinks fast and efficiently!

Love Starbucks but recently they have stopped giving sleeves and that caused a little accident since I ordered extra hot coffee and it came without sleeves.

Ohhh.. where do I begin VERY BAD customer service at this Starbucks location... Horrible ATTITUDE!!! This lady just dont care, dont know about customer service. This lady needs to get another job elsewhere All I wanted was a "Dragon Drink" So she hands me a "Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade' I tell her I did not order a lomonade, all down hill from here Will never be coming back here again that's why DBros are up and coming everywhere

My family has been shopping at this Safeway for years, and we have generally been pleased with the service we've received here. Recently, though, the customer service at this store has really taken a dive. During our past two visits to the store, there have been very long lines at checkout and we've had to bag our own groceries. Tonight, my wife had to wait in a long line because only one checkout line was open. When a second line finally opened, the checker was rude and basically ignored my wife while she bagged all our groceries. That is abysmal customer service, and we may have to consider other options for buying groceries.

I usually don't like to leave a negative review unless it's really bad, especially of a store I've been a customer for the last 18 years. I placed and paid online for an order this morning for in store pick up for early this evening. I ordered some Hagan Daz ice cream as my friend told me they were offering a good deal on the ice cream, also included on the order some strawberries and Chicken broths. I received a notification mid-day from Safeway that my order has been canceled. Confused, I called the store to find out why my order was canceled as I did not cancel the order. The associate says I need to talk their manager and transferred me but came back on the phone and told me that she spoke to the manager and that the order was canceled because there was a glitch on the pricing of the Hagan Daz ice cream on their online app so they cancel my order. They would not honor the pricing. Devastated I will not be picking up the ice creams that I was looking forward to picking up later. Yes Devastate! we are talking about ice cream here. I am so disappointed at the way they handled this. I understand that they learned there is a glitch and that pricing wasn't what it showed online but it's not my fault there was a glitch and they should have honored it. They have my email address and my phone number, at lease reach out to me and explain the issue and not just cancel my order and leave it up to me, the customer to find out why I no longer have an order in place. The lack of communication and the lack of customer service in this instance has now lost me as a customer. I am more than happy to do my business somewhere else.

Closest store to where I live and a mixed review. I take care of my pharmacy needs and overall no problem there, Dominic esp is very personable and remembers peoples names. Maybe it is labor shortage or trying to get people to self checkout but lines really long in last year at times. And my key issue in last two months is new floral manager selections are horrible. I tend to buy carnations either mini or regular cause they last, and at least 3 times none available, only expensive Mothers Day gifts/bouquets. Went to another Safeway to get what I needed and to Trader Joe's for there floral selection and reasonable pricing. Hope things improve in that department.

Gretchen is awesome! She helped us select a bunch of items for a cheese board and chatted with us on the types of cheeses and accoutrements to go with them. Will definitely be coming back and asking for her, and her suggestions. Very happy

This is one of the only Safeways in west Roseville if not the only one. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and their turnover seems to be low. I've lived in the area for years and have seen the same people for just as long. With the new grocery stores popping up on every corner around them, I am sure they are sweating. Before the opening across the street they redecorated, clearly hoping to fit a better more modern aesthetic. It works. I appreciate the consistency that I get with this Safeway, it's always my first go to shopping stop when it comes to groceries.

Wow!!!! Would like to thank all Safeway team for being so awesome! Every time we shop there we feel special and everyone wants to help with every little thing. Big thank you to Jesse for making sure the meat is fresh and the wings are spectacular . Great customer service! We have never enjoyed shopping anywhere or at least didn't had feelings for it (good or bad). Thank you and happy holidays.

This is by far the most amazing Starbucks I have ever been to. The manager, Rachel, and staff are all friendly, efficient, and kind. They make the best medicine ball I have ever had. Even during the high school dismissal rush, they were professional and the drinks we the same quality you always expect. Wait times are minimal and it's always clean and welcoming.

This is our Safeway and we shop here often! Sometimes I need to stop by for just a few quick items and there's always a surprise deal such as cake slices for a dollar, sushi, giant sub, or eight piece fried chicken meal for like an unbelievable $5. Renae usually helps us at deli department, she's quick to notice if we aren't attended to. Today was Halloween and coincidentally we again came in for a quick shop and was greeted by Safeway staff members didn't catch her and his name but she's usually overseeing self check out and always delights us with her smile. She saw that we were fully dressed up in costume and we got five dollars off our entire purchase I was so ecstatic yet another great deal! My daughter was given candy and a Halloween balloon too, I love my local Safeway a lot!
