Amber is the best manager that has ever been a part of the Starbucks team she has made me feel welcome I have had multiple bad experiences with predominantly Caucasian workers me being a African-American woman and I will tell you this Amber is very professional she see no color she has no judgement even if Amber is having a bad day it is not showing her face it shows in her spirit and if you ask Amber hey Amber okay she is an amazing person and I am grateful to ever come across like Miss Amber

I love this place! It’s right by my house I go there at least once a day. I love the staff they’re respectful and kind and they love to say hi to my dog when I go through the drive thru. I’ve never been to a better Starbucks this is my go to place. 100% recommend the foods always hot and fresh and the drinks are perfect and made with love I love this place and the staff?

After going to the one on Antelope for 10+ years they couldn't make my drink right alot so the mgr (very nicely) told me to go to another Starbucks and I'm glad I did. These guys make it right every time without being told how. Thanks for sending me to this one...its

This is the most terrible oleato. If I hadn’t gone far, I would definitely have returned it. water instead of milk.

Went thru the drive, got a drink. Although I really dislike having the person at the window, shoving a payment device in my face with the first screen asking for a tip before anything else. What an annoyance (hey, tip me for a machine making your coffee and me just handing you the cup).

I took my son to training, thought I’d get a cappuccino at Starbucks, stopped at the drive-thru and ordered a cappuccino with one sugar and left a dollar tip. I left and tasted warm milk without coffee, but I had no time to go back. I stopped by to see them after training and said that they sold me milk instead of cappuccino, the employee was not happy but remade my cappuccino, tried this cappuccino in the car and threw it away. It was impossible to drink the bitter taste of double or triple espresso. I was very polite and did not conflict. But the employee decided to take revenge on me. That day I didn’t manage to drink my usual cappuccino.
