The two guys (owners maybe) in there working are not very friendly. Plus they do not know how to do a coupon that we get in the mail.. Took him 13 min, just to ring us up, cause he had to call another person to get an ok. They use to have nice young ladies working in there, but not anymore. We will not be back.

I always get the same sandwich. I have come here many times. Three of the times I have gotten my sandwich here I have been served by someone who I think may be the owner. I get 2x extra cheese. It has very little cheese. I get it toasted. It is supposed to be a cheese steak, but he puts the veggies on AFTER toasting it instead of before. The last two times now my bread has been stale and crunchy 1.5 inches from each end. This last time there is only about 2/3 the amount of meat as there should be, he did not weigh the meat before making the sandwich. Every other employee who makes my sandwich here does it correctly. I won't be returning.

Been to this location twice, first time I walked out right after walking in and seeing how dirty the restaurant was and how lazy the employees were. Second time I went to get a friend lunch. The kid working was TERRIBLE. Had no customer service skills. Went and played on his phone while the sandwich was toasting. Thankfully I didn't have to eat the food, but what a joke of a subway. No wonder this location is empty when we walk by everyday.

Worst service ever at this subway location. Young lady does not know how to follow order. I had to repeat every single item I wanted on sandwich. This location is the worst in Roseville do not come here.

We walk in Saturday night at 700pm. Noone else was there. One employee was cleaning the bread racks, the other was filling the condiments, and the other poked his head around the corner. We sat there for 5 minutes before anyone started to take our order. I asked if the were still open and they said yes. She did not apologize or say anything to us. She then passed us off to the other employee. He did not make eye contact, did not talk to us, or anything. We told him we wanted, he wrapped our sandwich, and put it on the counter and walked. Did say anything. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. The crew at Pleasant Grove, and Woodcreek are a 1000x better. At least they acknowledge you and say thank you.

Great food, fast delivery, always a great choice if we don't cook at home! I love the one on Foothills, even if they forget my chocolate chip cookie once in a while. lol

Took my older parents to this location to pick up lunch. My dad asked for chopped chicken salad, which he orders for my mom and him from their subway up in Placerville all the time. The employee didn't understand my dad and asked him three times what he wanted to order. I finally had to repeat it for him. The same employee seemed perplexed and went to the back to talk to another employee. This person peeks around the wall behind the counter and hollers that they don't cut up the veggies for their salads. I said, oh okay, probably with a confused look on my face. My dad says, well, we should go somewhere else. So, we proceed to leave. As I am walking out the door, the manager comes out to the end of their work area and yells at me that no Subway cuts up their veggies. I said, that is fine, we will just go somewhere else for a chopped salad. She then repeats herself and I say, that's fine. We order this salad up in Placerville for my parents all the time and they chop the veggies. She then says with even more anger...... well, no subway in THIS area chops the salad. I said, I get it! Like I said, we are going somewhere else. At no time did my father or I yell at them. We just calmly said we were going somewhere else and proceeded to walk out of the door. To have the "manager" yell at me and try to put me in my place was so very irritating and started to make me very upset. I WON'T go back to this location ever again, even though it is the closest Subway to my home. The employees attitude and the way they handled the situation was completely uncalled for and very rude.
