Any other Subway I get my sandwiches lightly toasted they never turn out hard. When I go here, it never fails. The bread is hard. The subway on foothills is not shy with any of their produce. This one is. I got their new pretzel that they had to toast and guess…what it was hard!

Nice quick Subway grill chicken craving. Great fast friendly service. I asked a question but the lady mistook that I wanted the extra. Yay extra pepperoni ?

Fresh veggies, but not a lot of selections. Service is quick as well.Parking: There's a vast amount of parking space shared with other stores. Parking is not an issue at all.

This Subway, located in a small shopping mall, is convenient and clean. The sandwiches leave a lot to be desired. The advertising pictures represent their sandwiches as masterpieces of culinary delight, they are anything but delightful. I ordered two online. When I arrived at curbside and called to advise them I was outside I was told "They're not ready and I've got too many orders to be able to bring it out to you when they are done". That set the wrong tone. Even though I'm disabled with a mobility issue, hence using curbside pickup, I went inside to retrieve my sandwiches so he wouldn't be inconvenienced and could fulfill his plethora of orders. When I got home the disappointment got worse. These sandwiches were not close to how they were presented on the menu, a trait that is getting more prevalent in the restaurant industry. The first sandwich was the #1 The Philly Cheesesteak, I've had a cheesesteak in Philadelphia, this version shouldn't be in the same conversation, so pathetic. The second one was the #3, The Monster on the Subway Series, should have been called the Mobster since it extorted my money and gave me little in return. There many other more reputable places that give fair value for the $27 I spent. I think I now understand why the corporation was just sold.

Discontinued pastrami. The only reason I went in was for a foot long hot pastrami but to my surprise after he grabbed the bread and started he said, "what else would you like, that's been discontinued." Ever since I was a little kid that's all I ordered. Definitely a disappointment.

My partner placed an online order where we did a BOGO free. We paid for two sandwiches. They gave us the wrong bread on all sandwiches- when we called, the woman was very short with us, saying “we’re busy, we were out of that bread” and then hanging up on us (when my partner went in to pick up the sandwiches he said she was on her phone, no one was there). Our sandwiches were so skimpy, all the ingredients looked and tasted old, and one of my sandwiches was missing one of the meats I requested, had the wrong cheese, only one layer of the pepperoni I ordered (which was also sliced thinner than I’ve ever had at other subways), and it wasn’t wrapped correctly so the edges of the bread were stale. There are plenty of other subways in the area we’ll be going to instead, this place was not even worth the free sandwiches.

Not good treatment at this location. Won't be back will take our money elsewhere. They had no business and the way to keep people coming back would be to be friendly.

Worst customer service. Didn't even heat up my sandwich and no bathrooms available. Not worth 23 dollars for 2 sandwiches

We had the worst experience! The lady who works there was beyond rude and disrespectful! She had a man there arguing with her in their language over a cookie, they are probably the owners, however as an owner you need to learn to run a business! She was rude, inpatient, disrespectful, not helpful at all and annoyed that we had questions and asked for things. We had a coupon for a cookie and she was mad that I asked if I can use it on my order with another coupon I had. It was my friends' bday and he goes there often (and never uses coupons). For the first time we got one in the mail! She said no and argued with her husband. I turned around and gave the coupon to the next person in line. So basically somebody still got a free cookie and you just lost two customers over being greedy over a darn cookie! My friend and I were so frustrated. It was not a big deal about not getting a cookie (which I ended up just buying one), it was about how someone who goes there often was treated on his birthday and the lack of customer services. Also the cookie tasted old! The food did not taste fresh and the place was not clean, the bathroom was not working. It's a dump for Roseville. Maybe it's time to retire or work behind a computer where you don't need to have peoples skills.Stay away from this place!
