It's a good thing this Subway is closed. The last time I was there the woman that came from the back started making my sandwich with out changing her gloves and she touched at least 4 different location first. I walked out and will never go back.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Highly don't recommend this place. I had to throw away my whole sandwich. There is a Subway on Sierra College, go to that one that one does a good job.

I had a BIG order twice & Navi and Nimmi are rockstars!!! I stopped going to another location because of my incredible experience here! Not only were they so personable and friendly but they worked so efficient and quick it was impressive!! Navi also went above and beyond to help me out to my car with all the food!! 5 stars!!!

First we have dined in Subway many times and now have to take the subs home to consume them. CORONAVIRUS HAS BEEN HORRIBLE FOR THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY!!! IT WILL BE AMAZING IF A RESTAURANT REMAINS OPEN FOR BUSINESS FOR DINNING AFTER COVID 19. THE BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED, EVEN IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A LOT OF SANDWICHES. (this is why I had the need for the restroom. ) We made our order at a closer location. We had thirteen individuals working at our home at once. We provided donuts and lunch. I understand that cost of cleaning the rest room is extra but since so many restaurants are closed. Is it possible the cost may be worth it? We have a smaller crew now but continue to purchase breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner out. MCDONALD'S has BATHROOM'S open and we purchase breakfast daily.

My colleagues and I were considering where to go for lunch. The tv ad, "$5 Footlongs" popped into our head and I ordered three footlongs online. Even though the splash page of this Subway's website was "$5 Footlongs," they were not participating in the promotion. It's the false advertising that brought me in and the deliberate failure to deliver on the advertising that pissed me off. For a few bucks, they ensured I will never go back and I encourage everybody else to go around the corner and give another real merchant your money.The lowest I could give was one star. That's too generous.

Wish I could give this Subway negative stars. When will the employees at this location be replaced with employees who care. It has been several months since I've had any fast food and today I decided to visit this subway as it is the closest sandwich place to my work. First off I walk in and it is the usual two rude women working but more than anything NEITHER WOMAN WAS WEARING A MASK!! Now to the sandwich a simple ham sandwich how hard can it be. Well first I had to repeat the type of bread I wanted. Why ask if you are not going to listen ? Next I was asked what I wanted on my sandwich. Again I had to repeat several times what I wanted on my sandwich. Please replace these women with someone who gives a damn. PLEASE WEAR A MASK. Until they do so please don't give this Subway your hard earned money.

Horrible customer service. I order 4 meat balls in a cup at EVERY other Subwsy. Costs $1.50. Never had any issues. Ever. This place refused to sell me meat balls in a cup, said it was against policy. Lol They finally agreed to sell the 4 meatballs in a cup... charged me $5.00. The manager was rude and aggressive the whole time. NEVER going back here.
