Great food, service, and atmosphere! We made advance reservations for 4 people. We were seated almost immediately. It was very crowded, and I believe the wait would have been 45 minutes without reservations.
I got a slice of mango key lime and it was exquisite ? ? I like that every layer was though out, the whipped cream was really good. The cheesecake was bright and creamy. I have also tried other flavors in the past and it never disappointed. The staff were all so kind and helpful. This was a great birthday freebie ☺️Dietary restrictions: They have a couple gluten free cheese cake options

Had the old style hamburger, and I noticed that the vegetables were nice and crispy, my wife ordered the club sandwich and was given a different sandwich by a different person/ server so we are not putting the blame on nobody because it was an honest mistake which they apologized for it abs even the manager came to apologize and my wife got a piece of cake on the house, it was awesome that they were on top of things. Thank you, cheesecake factory.Kid-friendliness: We had our granddaughter with us, one year old, and I forgot our waitress/ hostess name but she was wonderful even though that little one was a handful, sorry tried to clean up as much as possible.
