The old american guy with a beard is very rude!As a Dasher, I went in to pick up the customer's order, and here is our dialog with that guy:Old guy: "You don't know how to read?"Me: What do you mean?Old guy: This lot is reserved for customersMe: Oh... Ordered online for pickup. Burger and fries for the kid, salad for me. Service was friendly, but kid's burger had grilled onions which I'd confirmed that my order confirmation excluded, and you know how kids are with this stuff, so that was a bummer. Half my salad was wilted and discolored lettuce (you know, when the lettuce turns that yucky pink color because it should have been thrown away 2 days prior?). Bummer. It's super close to home and it was my first time here but it won't be an option moving forward if this is the way it is.

I have eaten here before and it's always a hit or miss. This last time I ordered a char burger, 10 piece chicken bites, and fries. My fires were under cooked, pale, and kind of hard. Also, my chicken bites were so chewy almost rubbery like. I used the contact us feature I was prompted to use with absolutely no resolve. The customer service from Habit is HORRENDOUS! It's almost as if one e they have your money they could care less.

If I could give this review ZERO stars I would!!! Do Not Eat here!! My husband and I ordered food in store at the Roseville location off pleasant Grove. We ordered a double BBQ bacon char burger with fries and a Santa Barbara Char burger, no cheese, with an onion ring. When we got home and got ready to eat my husband opened up his BBQ char to find HUMAN hair stuck in his cheese.. So we immediately call the phone number to what we thought was the store to get in contact with someone about this. From 9:21 pm- 9:24 Sarah from the "call center" and some other lady who "refused to give us her name" from 9:24 - 9:37 said two things to us none of which could resolve this issue or at least make sure my husband got to eat what he bought and paid for .. one of their "options was to contact the store .. well excuse me for thinking that the phone number that is registered to google for that specific location doesn't actually make it the store.. sara claimed to have reached out to the location herself and they wouldn't answer .. so naturally we inquired about the store phone number to handle our dispute ourselves directly.. she refused and She also denied our request to have her put us through to the store through her. By the time they were done being unhelpful they had suggested we got into the store with less than five minutes before they close which was physically impossible to get there in time... Not only was Sara and the unnamed lady one of the worst " customer service" reps they was careless and clueless to how disgusting and disturbing finding HUMAN hair is in your food really is.. their last "option" was to fill out a form online about our order and someone would "eventually" be in touch with us. This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had at this location and we go here often!! It's really sad when you just want what you ordered and paid for and what you got was a HEALTH CODE violation at the very least.. I will be attaching photos to this review because this is absolutely unacceptable! DO BETTER!

This loc has been liked by the fam for some time now. But today's quality was a big miss (approx 3:35pm-4pm, Fri 1/19/24). The burgers had thick i mean like 1/8inch burnt char around the patties and the rest had coarse/fine sandy like cruchy burntness on every bite. I tried to make it work by scraping the stuff off but we couldn't do it. (2 doubles) Even the burger in kids meal for my 3yo and 2yo was the same way!!! They all had to be trashed. Lastly, there were total 2 people inside already eating when we came in to order and there were no-one else waiting or ordering but it seemed like the order took its comfortable time to come out as well. Not sure what's happening to this loc, but we're definitely disappointed overall. We don't recommend this loc.
