First time they got my order wrong. Gave them one more try and was literally assaulted by kids outside of the establishment. They knocked my bike over on me, entire contents of my backpack purse onto the ground, including my wallet. I have a torn rotator cuff, and they pushed my bike into that arm. When I told them what happened inside, they didn’t care. That whole shopping center is overrun by kids on bikes and scooters. Shop at your own risk. I’m going elsewhere. It’s too dangerous there.

I ordered grilled chicken salad in person and I told the person twice what I wanted,to go in stead he gave me BBQ chicken salad with bacon I don't not eat bacon. Thanks you spoiled my lunch

Yesterday night around six or so, me and my friends had the best time here at The Habit. The manager Maria was adorable and full of personality. She was a huge asset to your restaurant and deserves credit for her kind words and willingness to help. The restaurant was very clean and the food was beyond my expectations. This was a great first experience and this will definitely be a place I could go to spend time with my loved ones.

Amazing service here! Got my fries just how I wanted them (extra crisp) and then dug into my Portabella. The mushrooms were fantastic and the burger in general was amazing. I hope to come back soon!

We must have hit this place durring rush hour. 1830hrs on a saturday. The couple in front us waited 32 mins for their in house order. What I found to be the killer of time is the DOOR DASH and call in/pick up orders. The drive through was flowing with orders of course. Noticing the minmal staff in the back it was a simple, low over head and high intake is a good business plan, but terrible for customer service. Simply telling each person waiting 'inside' for their order, "sorry about the wait' doesnt work as car after car flows out the drive through.It's tough out there to run a business these days, but we all spend money and would like our food in a timely fashion.
The burgers are cooked to perfection. All the table tops were clean. Green bean fries are crazy good.

Ugh. The food is fine but this place seems to always be messy. The food prep area always looks dirty, trash cans always seem to always be over flowing, and drink station always is sticky and never wiped down.

The 3 star rating is an average of the factors below. My wife and I eat here a couple of times per week. I'd give the food 4+ stars. The food quality is consistent, love the char flavor of the meat and the wait time is reasonable. The seating is more comfortable than most fast casual places so that gets 4 stars too. However, the restrooms get 1 star and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant 2 stars. It's one of the dirtiest restrooms of any restaurant I've been to anywhere. Not sure why they do not place a higher value on restroom cleanliness. If it weren't for how much we enjoy the taste of the food, we wouldn't come due to how unkept the place consistently is. Trash cans are frequent full to overflowing as well. Not sure why when they get slow periods they don't clean the place up becomes it seems like the staffing is adequate to keep the place much cleaner than they do.
