We had a reservation and seated promptly. Both had burgers prepared correctly and the duck fat fries were crispy, very good. Our waitress was very tentative and had everything we asked for brought right away. It was a little noisy pretty crowded but it was a Saturday night. Will go back want to try the schnitzel sandwich.

Waitress was slow and unorganized. Took 15 minutes to even get a hello. Took a total of 30 minutes for drinks and dinner from start to finish was 1 hour and 30 minutes. Good was not that great once it came. Ordered medium hamburger and it came well done. Place was busy but no excuse for the bad service

I have been living in Roseville for almost 2 years and recently fell in love with Monk’s Cellar. The location downtown is ideal and the staff is super friendly. I have been on a Saison kick as of late inspired by their knowledgeable bartenders and their friendly brewmaster. The owners are typically here on weekday afternoons and very friendly. In my humble opinion they have a really great music selection playing as well. This is a great place to cap off the workday with laptop and a pint along with their happy hour menu. The lunch menu is great too. I will be recruiting my friends to meetup here as often as possible.

The Valentines Dinner pris fixe menu was exquisite & beautifully presented & very delicious & the 3 choices for appetizer, entree & dessert offered something for everyone. Monks Cellar Brew Pub & Restaurant brews & features Belgian style & other craft beers. It has a full bar & a great varied menu. A must visit.

For my first time going there, it was fantastic! The food was good, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the 80's soundtrack made our visit enjoyable. I would recommend making reservations though, it was jam packed on a Friday night. Definitely try the Reuben duck fat fries, they're amazing!
