Togo's has consistently gone down in the quality of their workers and the product that you end up buying. I have loved the Pastrami #9 sandwich since 1985, but Togo's can't seem to hire people that make it right anymore. Case in point. I went there Saturday December 9th, at about 1:30pm. There were 5 people ahead of me and it took about 15 minutes to get their sandwiches made with 2 people working. So they were a little slow. Once she started to make my sandwich, the young lady with red hair put my pastrami in the microwave to heat it up, but she did not check the temperature and it did not look hot to me. Then she put the pastrami on my sandwich, but did not weigh the meat she was putting on the bread. So my beloved #9 was luke warm and had too little pastrami on it. It has become a waste of time to go here anymore with this terrible service with employees who violate Togo's sandwich making policies. They even ran out of trays for eating in, so I ate the sandwich in store with a paper bag and no napkins; I had to get up and get napkins from the ice cream side.

The place was disgusting. Slow part of the day 4:00. All tables empty and none wiped down. Literally food scraps on every table. Floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Trash cans overflowing. One restroom out of service the other looked like a gas station bathroom. I don’t leave reviews however doing this one felt necessary. The place was gross.

Vanessa and her staff have been so good to me during the last year of chemo. I was constantly craving a cappuccino blast. She is professional and on top of the stores customer service. Most of all her compassion during that rough year filled me with joy. She is definitely a team leader.

I love TOGO’s!! I have a favorite sandwich I get and my special way of having it made! I love the quality and taste of their food! Buttttt this location is very very disappointing!! It’s has not only been once but honestly about 6-8 times I have had issues with this location. In person or for delivery. They are ALWAYS out of things!! I’ve had many orders cancelled because they don’t have what I’m asking for. I love the broccoli cheddar soup but they seem to always have none made and then end up saying they have none in the back. Their drink machine is always out of options and again no refills in the back. I’ve been told as well that the “manager only had the key to the drink machine and they were not in the store”. I’ve been there before in person waiting over 15 minutes to be helped because they had 1 poor employee doing both the ice cream and the sandwiches alone with multiple customers waiting, when there was a manager clearly there counting money and another worker doing things in the back! No one acknowledged us customers waiting nor tried to help the 1 employee doing all the work. I hope this location improves their customer service and stock management because it is right near my home and business.

Please deep clean the entire restaurant and train employees to maintain the cleanliness and practice proper hygiene before this place gets shut down. Ordered a couple sandwiches one being a Lg 26 turkey ham. Provilone my favorite and until yesterday 6/26/23 never received less than awesome. In fact got same order days before Fantastic as always. BUT this time was not at all enjoyable. Ok I can excuse the wronge bread Dutch crunch instead of sour dough BUT it was so dried out & stale I guess thats was why ALL the extra Mayo so much mayo made it slimmy not Edible had to change bread, twice being half was my lunch & dinner & extra peperoncini means more than 2 whole peppers including the seeds so very disappointed Especially paying 35$ for a couple sandwiches

I Came in 3 weeks ago and they didn't have paper to wrap the sandwiches so they told us that they couldn’t make them. Then i came in today with family to get the pick 2 with the broccoli cheddar soup 2 hours before closing and they had refused to remake the soup for the rest of the orders and didn't tell us there wasn't enough before we ordered. Very upset and disappointing I guess i will continue to go to Panera since i know they will always have it ready to go.
