I love pizza and I normally love to stop by the pizza places in the mall when I'm shopping for a slice of pizza and a salad. I understand that there is inflation but I paid $20 for a slice of pizza, a water, and a salad. Online it says this combo meal is $12 ordered from this location so I was pretty confused on the significant increase of price. I'm not sure if they charged me extra for something like my water even though it is included with the combination meal. They also did not provide a break out of what I was paying for on the receipt. They also attempted to change me extra for my salad dressing and I had to remind them that it comes with the salad. I am normally not one to complain but I was extremely shocked at the prices. On a good note some of the employees working were very nice and talkative while I waited for the pizza slice to be warmed up. The pizza was good but not $20 a slice good. I recommend looking at other places in the food court and only going here if the only thing you want is pizza but he prepared to pay extra. In the future it would be nice if they said at the register what you were purchasing such as they do at in n out and other fast food places.
This review is for the owner/ middle Eastern manager that is usually the cashier. I asked for extra plates and silverware for my children for the food we purchased. He goes to tell his worker after I asked to not give them out because they are EXPENSIVE. PLEASE DO NOT OWN A BUSINESS if you are going to be penny pinching and not catering to your customers. Otherwise charge for your plates and silverware if you are going to be that cheap! NOT RETURNING. After I proceed to ask for a straw he looked at me like it was an inconvenience to him. Get different owners for this franchise especially at the mall because it makes VILLA kitchen look bad! !!!!

He cussed at me for returning my daughter's mac n cheese that was so bad that she didn't even touch it. I just asked for my money back and in return he started cussing at me and telling me to go away. Terrible customer service and terrible food. They should close down this shop immediately.

I was purchasing my food separately than my family member. When they were bringing it to their daughter. The mac and cheese was garlic it was very minuscule of cheese. Our family has 127 years experience in restaurants. Just recently retired. Our family were involved in a franchise. The manager of this location here at the galleria, cussed at my family member when they politely return and notified them of the food. His conduct was completely unprofessional.

I’m not sure if the older man with a grey shirt was the manager or not but I won’t be coming back here. I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza and they said it would be 15-20min. They had a full pepperoni pizza they apparently were reserving they for individual slices. I was told they didn’t have the regular pizza to make me, only deep dish. It was only 2pm so I’m not sure why they were out of regular pizza. They wouldn’t give me the one they had or the deep dish for the regular price. I’m a little disappointed they didn’t have a way to tell me when the pizza was done either. 15 minutes later when I returned I stood waiting while they ignored me. After five more minutes they gave me a pizza that was sitting in a box the entire time I stood there. I’m definitely not going back.
